In today’s increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the competition between enterprises has evolved from the competition of initial products,technology and management to the competition of talents.In particular,industries such as architectural design that gather knowledgeable talents need to form their own competitive advantages in talent competition.For the architectural design industry,to achieve sustainable and healthy development,enterprises need to establish a scientific and effective staff incentive mechanism based on corporate culture.Only in this way can companies obtain high-quality human resources from the talent market and effectively use their own human resources.In the western developed countries,there have been many successful cases.Only by adopting a variety of reasonable material and spiritual incentives can companies excite the potential of employees and increase their enthusiasm for working within the enterprise.This article starts from the research background and significance,and analyzes the current research status of the related research,leading to the main content of this research,the applicable methods and innovations,and the introduction of theoretical concepts related to this research.Research related concepts and theoretical basis of corporate culture and incentive mechanism.Then explore the relationship between corporate culture and incentive mechanism,and study the relationship and role of corporate culture and incentive mechanism.Take Company T as a case,investigate and analyze the company’s corporate culture and incentive mechanism.Through questionnaires and other methods,investigate and analyze the company’s corporate culture and incentive mechanism,and analyze the connections and problems.Aiming at the analysis of problems,etc.,build the company T’s talent incentive mechanism based on corporate culture,study the company construction principles,and implement incentive plans and incentive mechanisms.
