| After the new electricity reform,the electricity market of the generate electricity,transmission,distribution,sale,use and other links of the independent power transactions,and carry different functions.As one of the operation modes of electricity market,the direct purchase bilateral transaction not only has the characteristic of free negotiation and pricing,but also the power users to achieve the maximum benefit in the free competition.On the one hand,power generation enterprises should try their best to meet customers’ demands while ensuring their own economic benefits in power market transactions,so as to improve customers’satisfaction with power generation enterprises and ensure their good operation in power market competition.On the other hand,for large power users,compared with power grid enterprises,direct power purchase bilateral transaction enables power customers to obtain more independent options,and customers can choose power generation enterprises according to their own needs to improve their satisfaction.In addition,in the process of bilateral transaction,the generation side introduces new energy power generation and thermal power generation "bundle"to participate in the bilateral transaction of direct power purchase,which produces benefits to the environment and other aspects.Therefore,this paper proposes a satisfication-oriented bilateral-purchase transaction model for large users.In the "bundling" mode of new energy generation and thermal power generation,the model considers the satisfaction of the power side and the economic profit of the power side,as well as other benefits such as the environment generated by the transaction between the two parties.Aiming at customer satisfaction and profit maximization of power generation enterprises,the model studies the optimal power supply provided by power generation enterprises to users and the resulting benefits under the condition of relative satisfaction of stakeholders in "power generation+electricity sales" and "electricity consumption" in the electricity trading market.This paper studies the win-win problem of multiple stakeholders participating in the bilateral transaction of large users’ direct purchase of electricity.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of multi-objective optimization,satisfaction measurement and system dynamics,so as to guide the writing of this paper.Then,it analyzes the bilateral transaction related stakeholders and the "bundling" transaction mode of new energy power generation and thermal power generation.Secondly,this paper constructs a customer satisfication-oriented bilateral transaction model for large users to purchase electricity directly.Based on system dynamics,environmental benefits,loss of profits of power enterprises and government revenue are calculated.Thirdly,a power generation enterprise in Xinjiang province and a large industrial user’s bilateral direct power purchase transaction are selected for example analysis to calculate the optimal power supply,the satisfaction of large users and the profit of the power plant,and other benefits generated.Finally,the results of the model are compared with the results of the single goal considering only the large user satisfaction,and the results of the single goal considering only the profit of the power generation enterprise.The results show that the model can well balance the interest relationship between large users and power generation enterprises,and the sum of the benefits generated in the transaction process is the largest,so as to realize the goal of multi-party win-win.The innovation of this paper is to consider the "bundle" trading mode of new energy power generation and thermal power generation,and to explore a new win-win mode of new energy power generation and coal power generation.In addition,this paper studies the economic and non-economic satisfaction of power generation enterprises and large users,and constructs a satisfication-oriented direct power purchase model for large users.This makes the economic profits of the power generation enterprises to achieve satisfactory results,and the establishment of a good corporate image,social recognition.This model provides a reference for the relative optimal scheduling between power generation enterprises and large users.This is conducive to promoting the good operation of the electricity market,which is of guiding significance to the research on the coordinated development of new energy and thermal power,and verifies the practicability and scientificity of the model. |
