Impact Analysis On Direct Electricity Purchase Of Large Users On Renewable Energy Accommodation

In the national reform of power supply system,some large users may prefer buying electric power they need directly from the power generation enterprises,that is "Direct Electricity Purchase of Large Users".This policy turned the allocation of electric power resources to a market-oriented one from a regulatory one.It is a substantive measure to break the monopoly of the grid company and achieve electricity power marketization.At the same time,the energy-efficient,environmental-friendly renewable energy power generation technology becomes one of the China's key support technologies.Renewable energy has evolved from the complementary component of traditional model to an alternative and even a major source of the grid.However,the randomness and Discontinuity of renewable energy,plus the centralized distribution of renewable energy in our country,a high proportion of renewable energy is difficult to be consumed,a severe renewable energy abandoned problem becomes seriously in many areas of our country.Therefore,we want to know if the direct purchase policy will have an influence on the consumption of renewable energy in the areas like northern Hebei region,which has a high proportion of renewable energy;how the interrelationship works,how the different direct purchase modes can affect the generation of renewable energy respectively.These questions required immediate answers.This paper through the following work to study the above problems in order to provide some advice for the electricity marketing and trading policies:1)From the transmission mode,participation mode,power generation enterprises admission,the transaction mode and other aspects to summarize the characteristics of the current direct purchase mode in China,and analyze the impact of different direct purchase modes on market conditions.2)Two system scheduling models are established according to the two kinds of electricity sale mode of renewable energy to participate both in traditional transaction and direct electricity purchase transaction.3)Considering the influence of the direct purchase scale on the power market,the models of the impact of the total amount opened for the direct purchase on price and the price on power consumption are set up.Base on above research,models take the impact of the changes in the market on power dispatching into consideration in order to approach the practical situation.4)The scheduling models are implemented on the northern Hebei region,to analyze the power generation benefits and renewable energy accommodation of different transaction modes.The results show that it will have an adverse effect on renewable energy accommodation if only the power plants participate in direct purchase,while if the new energy is allowed to participate,the problem of abandoned wind power and solar will be improved.
