With the development of the economy and the progress of society,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and human resources are the core competitiveness of the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.As an important means of cultivating development talents and enhancing the core competitiveness of employees,employee training has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.However,in the process of employee training,most enterprises still have imperfect systems,too single mode,and the disconnection between training programs and the actual running situation of the enterprise,which resulting in unsatisfactory training results.How to build a human resources training system that is suitable for the company’s own development strategy has become an urgent problem for all enterprises.This article takes the representative Z company in the state-owned construction industry as an example,based on the relevant theories of human resources training at home and abroad,using literature research,questionnaires,and in-depth interviews methods,collect and summarize the problems existing in the status quo and training system of Z company’s human resources management,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions,at the same time formulate supporting safeguard measures to promote the smooth implementation of the new human resources training system.Through the research on Z company’s human resources training system,this paper has the following three conclusions on how to establish and optimize the training system:First of all,we must change our mindset and establish a correct training awareness.Second,the construction of the human resources training system should be guided by the development strategy of the enterprise.Finally,we must ensure that the training model is diversified.
