The Improved Application Of LEC Method In Dual System Of Occupational Health In Architecture Construction

The occupational health and safety of the construction industry is the basic red line for the economic development and social stability of our country,and the hidden danger of the construction occupational hazard is the important cause of the accident.This paper analyzes and refers to the present situation of the occupational hazard assessment at home and abroad.By drawing lessons from the previous occupational hazard assessment methods,the improved construction industry is applicable.Through the cross application of risk management,mathematics and statistics,the field investigation is combined with the occupational health risk classification control and hidden danger investigation management system in construction enterprises.This paper makes an innovative study on the methods of hidden danger investigation and classification of hidden dangers in construction,controls the risks of occupational hazards and eliminates the occupational hazards.It is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of occupational disease accidents.This paper draws lessons from the existing research data of occupational safety and health risk at home and abroad,deeply analyzes the occurrence mechanism,evaluation index and method of all kinds of occupational safety and health accidents in construction enterprises,and finally reviews the existing comprehensive evaluation methods.The selection of occupational hazard assessment method provides a basis for improving occupational health risk assessment method.Through the field investigation of the working process of the construction site,the construction site identification is carried out to determine the occupational disease risk,and the improved LEC method is used to effectively carry on the risk rating to investigate and eliminate the hidden danger of the occupational hazard.The characteristics of occupational disease hazards of construction staff are studied,and the construction personnel are systematically analyzed.The main sources and risk factors of occupational injury shall be analyzed according to the current situation of the construction site.Based on the improved risk assessment method,the author puts forward the suggestions of emergency prevention and subjective awareness education,calculates the occupational health risk more accurately,and gives a solution for constructing the relatively perfect evaluation index system of occupational hazard factors and the dual prevention system of occupational health risk management and control of occupational health risk.
