As a authorized leader and organizer of the enterprise in the process of the production and construction of a project,the project manager is the core and soul of project management,whose occupational credit level affects the goals of quality,safety and investment projects to achieve.As an agent of enterprises in the project,the project manager is engaged in project management within the scope of business license,which not only need to have a high level of professional ethics and professional skills,but also have to have a healthy body and a strong psychological quality as a basis for practice.The project manager's occupational credit is the reliability of the willingness and ability for the project manager to realize the objective of the project,based on his past work experience,the comprehensive professional ethics,practicing ability and the ability to adapt to the environment and other aspects of the factors.A sound construction market credit system can purify the construction industry development environment,promote the industry of the whole construction market quality,so as to promote the development of construction industry better and faster.As a part of the construction market credit system,the research of project manager's occupational credit evaluation has important practical significance.In this paper,the project manager's occupational credit is chosen as the research object,we have a research on the professional credit evaluation content,evaluation indicators and evaluation methods to do a new research by the way of the literature research,the expert interviews and so on.First of all,we have a in-depth investigation and analysis for the research on business credit rating,the construction market credit and the construction industry employees' professional credit and the professional managers' occupational credit(including the project manager),on this basis,we clarify the research direction of the article and technical route.we comprehend the level and status of these research.Secondly,we analyses and defines the concept and connotation of occupational credit and occupational credit of project manager,and then starting from the definition of occupational credit,the occupational credit evaluation content,evaluation difficulty and test reliability assurance is described in this paper.Again,according to the occupational credit evaluation content,through demonstration analysis,we summarize four aspects which influce the project manager credit level,they are the occupational morality,professional skill level,physical and mental health level and enterprise project management maturity degree.And on this basis,we build the project manager's occupational credit evaluation index system and summarize the evaluation standard of each index and the type of evidence which is needed to ensure the test reliability.Finally,through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages,the applicable conditions of the commonly used weighting methods and evaluation methods,the ANP method and Geometric averaging method are chosen to be used to establish the project manager's occupational credit evaluation model.According to the principle of ANP,the SD software is used to calculate the second grade indexes' weight of the occupational ethics and professional skills,and the application of the geometric mean method of evaluation process are described in the menwhile.Eventually,we establishe the evaluation model of project manager's occupational credit.
