| High-speed rail plays a pivotal role in my country’s current transportation system.Besides meeting the need that numerous people want to travel,it is too a new power to promote the development of regional economy. The rate contributed by producer services is increasing.Particularly being a vital point of industrial transformation, the governments had become more concerned about it.The formation of producer service industry agglomeration can exert a large influence on the speed and quality of industry conversion. The movement of people and factors will be increased when the high-speed rail improve the accessibility. As a knowledge-intensive and highly industrially related industry, the producer service industry will inevitably be affected by the opening of high-speed rail.As the original heavy industry base, the economy has developed slowly and the people who leave the place has increased in northeast China. It is in a critical period of industrial transformation.High-speed rail is a new driving force for regional development.Whether the high-speed rail can accelerate the agglomeration of producer service,so that the transformation of local industrial structure become true.Study about that has important meaning for that the northeast China develops with high-quality and high-speed.This article consists of five parts to study. There is the introduction which is read firstly.Firstly,it depicts the study backdrop of this article, and based on it,made an interpretation of the practical significance of this article’s research on the impact of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail on the producer service industry in cities along the line. Then it makes a sort summary of the domestic and overseas article about influence which high-speed rail exert on the regional economy;next, present the research approach, models and methods made use of the article, and finally indicate the innovative places of this article. The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.Which is first to describe is to make a definition of the notion of the high-speed railway, producer service industry, and industrial agglomeration, and then the point-axis theory, radiation theory, location theory and transportation channel theory are summarized, which provides a solid theoretical support for theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The third part is the analysis of the impact and path of the high-speed rail on the agglomeration of producer services in cities along the route. The third part has two parts.Firstly, first introduces the effect of high-speed rail on the producer service industry, mainly including "same-city effect","market optimization effect","resource allocation effect" and "agglomeration and diffusion effect".The second part introduces the way that high-speed rail affects the agglomeration of the producer service industry, which is based on the improvement of the accessibility of the high-speed rail, which in turn affects resource allocation and market structure, and finally promotes the producer service industry to agglomerate and diffuse. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail on the agglomeration of producer services in cities along the route.Based on the theoretical analysis of the above chapters, this chapter takes the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail as an example, uses the gray prediction model to calculate the location entropy data of the producer service industry "no high-speed rail" under the condition of the opening of the high-speed rail, and uses the multiple linear regression model to study the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail Impact on the agglomeration of producer services in cities along the route. The fifth part, conclusions and policy recommendations. On the basis of the above research,we put forward policy recommendations on how to use high-speed rail to develop the productive service industry:develop competitive industries based on our own characteristics;leverage high-speed rail to optimize the transportation pattern;seize the demand for high-speed rail construction for manufacturing, and build manufacturing Brand, with manufacturing as the starting point to drive the productive service industry;create a suitable environment for the introduction and training of talents. The following conclusions are drawn through research:Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail has agglomeration effect on the producer service industry of cities along the line as a whole. As far as various industries are concerned,Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail has significantly promoted information transmission, computer services and software industries, and the financial industry. As well as the agglomeration of leasing and business service industries,it has no significant impact on the transportation, storage and postal industries,as well as scientific research, technical services and geological survey industries. The reason for this situation is that the agglomeration level of transportation, warehousing and postal industries is mainly affected by railway freight volume, while high-speed railways are currently mainly passenger transport,so it is difficult to affect the industry;for scientific research, technical services and address surveys As far as the industry is concerned, because the environment on which the development of the industry depends is difficult to change due to the opening of the high-speed rail, the high-speed rail cannot affect the agglomeration level of the industry. The Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail has a differential impact on the agglomeration level of producer service industries in cities of different sizes. After the opening of the high-speed rail in large cities such as Dalian,Shenyang,Changchun, and Harbin, the level of agglomeration of producer services has improved, while the producer service industries of other small and medium-sized cities have experienced a diffusion effect. The main reason is that large cities have better employment conditions and living environments, and are more able to attract human capital, while the "time-space compression effect”produced by high-speed rail provides a realistic basis for the convenient flow of human capital. Therefore, employment in small and medium-sized cities The population can flow to big cities more conveniently,so that big cities have a "siphon effect" on small and medium-sized cities, causing the proliferation of producer service industries in small and medium-sized cities. |
