The Research On Project Quality Management Method Which Based On APQP

Project quality management is one part of project management.Through the quality management for each procedure,project quality management makes the entire project efficiently,orderly,controlled,coordinated,and continuous operation,to meet the growing requirements of customers and industry.APQP(advanced product quality planning)is a product quality management method that is often used in the automotive industry.APQP emphasizes the use of a variety of quality tools and a combination of rigorous processes to do a good job in project quality management,which has a very good reference for project quality management in many other industries,including the wind power industry.Wind power bearing is one of the core components of wind turbines,the requirement for product quality is very high.But windpower bearing industry is new,lack of project quality management generally,it makes unstable situations in project.Therefore,good quality management of new product projects has become a key point that the wind power bearing industry is paying more and more attention to.This paper takes a new product project of the international wind power bearing manufacturer A company as an example to explain the ideas and methods of APQP application in project quality management.It first analyzes the current environment and characteristics of the wind power bearing industry.Then select the part of APQP that is applicable to the wind power bearing industry,establish the project quality management method suitable for the wind power bearing industry,including five stages of project quality management,planning project,product design,process design,process trial production and mass production,tell the important part in each part of project quality management.And then through a practical project of A company applying APQP,explain how APQP apply in a specific project situation,and summarize the project.
