| In recent years,although most automotive parts manufacturers in China have introduced QS-9000 quality system to enhance quality,and in QS-9000 quality system,a reference manual has been specially prepared as a benchmark for product quality planning,that is,Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Scheme Reference Manual.And Control Plan reference manual).This manual has dynamic characteristics in quality planning.On the one hand,it has the mechanism of continuous improvement.On the other hand,it can find the focus in every link of quality formation and closely grasp various quality problems.In this thesis,the domestic automotive parts manufacturing industry as the research object,explains the APQP management model combined with T company project management system analysis method and system construction steps.The content covered in this thesis is mainly for the widely used in the automotive industry APQP quality management system for the main project management model analysis,and with T company project management system electronic process for APQP project schedule control.Based on APQP's quality control theory,this thesis studies the fuel oil system of T company.Through the investigation and Research on the automobile fuel system project of T Company,it is found that the project needs change frequently in the phase of project plan(P),the instability of equipment quality and low customer satisfaction exist in the phase of execution(D),the insufficient verification exists in the phase of verification(C),and the insufficient verification exists in the phase of action(A).Stage management is not thorough.To solve these problems,corresponding strategies are put forward for each stage and process optimization is carried out.This is a combination of APQP quality management practices and T company project management system model,in addition to gaining the benefits of product quality improvement,but also can try to avoid the negligence caused by manual operation. |
