| In recent years,as the urban population has exploded,the transportation system has become more onerous.In order for people to travel more conveniently and quickly,my country’s large-scale subway,light rail and other rail transit projects have developed rapidly.Rail transit engineering is a large-scale linear project.Its environment is complex and changeable.In order to adapt to environmental changes well,the form of elevated track is often used during construction.In the design of elevated tracks,piles,caps,pier columns,cap beams and precast beams constitute the most common column pier structure.For this kind of structure,the cover beam is a vial force and force transmission member cover beam template and support system.Due to the high frequency of accidents caused by unreasonable design,the design of the cover beam template and support It is an important part of the elevated track design,so this article studies the design and construction technology of the cover beam formwork and support.This article is based on the Nanjing-Jurong intercity rail transit project,starting and ending mileage YK33+840.475~YK38+368.475 elevated section cover beam construction is the research object.First,the construction process of the cover beam is studied,which mainly includes the construction of formwork support system,support pre-compression,concrete pouring,and the disassembly of formwork and support system.Secondly,the side form of the cap beam is checked.The shape of the cap beam in the studied section is diverse,and there are mainly three types of G-type,Π-type and M-type.Different types of cover beams take different most unfavorable heights,and check the side form of each form of cover beam to ensure that the formwork composed of panels,backings,etc.meets the construction needs as a whole.This section also applies a variety of support systems,including hoop,disc buckle bracket and steel pipe pile Bailey beam support.When checking and calculating the hoop system,the force characteristics are flattened,and then the mechanics solver is used to obtain the force situation at each position,and the hoop system is analyzed whether it meets the requirements for bearing capacity and whether the deformation is within the allowable range.The disc buckle bracket that meets the construction requirements is designed through theoretical calculation.When studying the steel pipe pile system,the software MIDAS-GTS was used for finite element simulation analysis,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the steel pipe pile were tested by numerical simulation.This research can provide reference and reference for the construction of similar projects.Figure[84]Table[25]reference[51]... |
