With the rapid development of modernization construction,the complexity of tall buildings and large span bridges has increased,Bowl buckle formwork support is widely used in various building projects due to its rationality of joints,high strength of nodes and good performance of frame,but in recent years the scaffold and falsework collapse accidents bring serious negative influence to the social security and stability.In the past,a lot of experts and scholars have studied many kinds of fastener template support frames.Now,the large number of bowl buckle formwork supports is also needed to further study.In this paper,the plate brackets are analyzed from the aspects of theoretical research,finite element analysis and field engineering examples,and the main research work is as follows:1.In the study of the collapse of scaffolding and template support in recent years,it is found that the main reasons for the collapse of the template support are as follows: design calculation of formwork support system;high formwork support the erection;construction site management of high formwork supporting frame;quality of materials;quality of construction personnel;pouring concrete and the order and so on.2.The research on the theory of the bowl buckle formwork support shows that the semi rigid assumption of the bowl joint can reflect the actual force.Compared with the calculation in different codes,the method in our standard can be applied more conveniently in actual construction.Finally,the stiffness matrix of support element is deduced by mathematical calculation.3.Through the MIDAS/Gen finite element software,the factors that affect the stability bearing capacity of the bowl buckle formwork support frame are modeled and analyzed,and the influence of various factors on their bearing capacity is obtained.4.An engineering example is the layout of bowl buckle formwork support scheme and the formwork support of cast-in-place slab and beam are demonstrated through expert demonstration,which ensures the engineering quality and construction safety.It provides a reference for similar bowl buckle formwork support design..5.The problems of the construction process are summarized and some reference suggestions are given to the setting up of bowl buckle formwork support,so as toensure the safety and reliability of the construction.
