At present,under the strategic layout of building a powerful country in civil aviation,the communication,navigation and monitoring services of the ATC system of China’s civil aviation have achieved comprehensive development,and a number of technologies and standards have gradually entered the localization and internationalization.And civil air defense communications of VHF frequency is the frequency of a scarce resource,the current operation mode increasingly unable to meet the increasing air communication needs,how to effectively ensure the ground-to-air communications security premise,improve the existing civil aviation ATC VHF frequencies of scarce resources use efficiency,and related the ground-to-air communications equipment resources exploitation degree,is a major technical application problem of ATC system in our country.This thesis is based on a large number of field demand survey and analysis,put forward a kind of based on ARM architecture of digital multi-channel VHF remote sharing system solution,the main research multi-channel digital audio signal comparison algorithm,used to implement multiple radio access work together improve the quality of real-time receiving the ground-to-air communications audio signal,effectively enlarge the coverage of communication;At the same time,in order to solve the conflict problem of multi-user common frequency channel resources,a multi-user common arbitration mechanism is designed,which is beneficial to improve the utilization rate of scarce VHF frequency resources and related equipment resources.Specifically,STM32F4 is selected as the kernel processor to study and implement the software,hardware and arbitration mechanism through the Discovery modular development suite based on ARM series.Through constructing test environment,conducted a series of experimental test and data analysis,from the algorithm simulation validation,the audio signal quality test and analysis,the ground-to-air communications coverage and VHF frequency point and related equipment resource utilization,arbitration mechanism to verify effective validation and analysis of experimental results,achieve the desired effect,for the development of late equipment and formally put into use to provide the theoretical and experimental basis.
