Big operation system is an important part of the intensive management system. The general idea of Big operation system is to optimize power grid dispatching and to integrate equipment operation. The purpose is to improve the level of power grid operation and management.This paper analyzes the present situation of the grid in Jilin province and elaborates the necessity and the feasibility of remote operations for the Jilin 500 k V grid. Based on the integration of dispatch and control, the paper designs a distance security operation system. By comparing the before and after operation mode, the paper analyzes the security of the grid under accident.This system is based on the model of 500 k V substation in Jilin province and a real time parameters is for the data application system. The main functions are remote control error checking, remote equipment disintegration, remote operation ticket generating, remote control, etc. The system designed in this paper has been applied in the actual power grid. The functions of remote control and remote closure through the corresponding communication statute and regulation operation system communication connection. Regulation of the operating system is mainly used for topology analysis algorithm to achieve the remote control error checking. Operation ticket system by using C/S(client/Server) mode, with the help of a network interface and its operation ticket system with the 104 statute the D5000 real-time communication of the monitoring system, in view of the data storage using SQL Server implementation. Based on the Intelligent power grid dispatching control system(D5000), Power Grid On-line Security and Stability Analysis and Forewarning System achieve the regular safety scan and expected analysis,monitor the operational risk of the current power grid and give assistant decision which considered the real-time power flow and the power system network data. It realize the great significance on improving the observability and preventive control of the power grid. It can analyze the security of the grid under accident before the operation and remote control the switch and the circuit breaker for 500 k V. From it was applied, the functions can be stable application. It shows the advantages of reliable operation and intelligent. |
