| With the development of science and technology,human beings have begun to pursue low energy consumption and high efficiency in construction.Passive architecture have emerged as the times require and are gradually accepted and applied by more and more countries.At present,China’s building energy consumption is a serious problem.In order to solve energy consumption and environmental problems,it is solved through building energy conservation,and building energy conservation mainly lies in the design of building body.Passive architecture is an architectural design method based on local climate and geological environment characteristics.It is a low-cost design method,which requires extremely low energy consumption,is basically kept within the scope of interaction between buildings and the environment,and has a particularly high technical content in architectural design.It is also required in construction technology,process,and construction personnel.The passive low-energy building simulates the building’s energy consumption through the professional design software PHPP imported from Germany.The main calculations of PHPP include building external heat transfer calculation,thermal bridge calculation,ventilation heat loss calculation,annual heat balance calculation,energy cost and economic calculation,etc.According to which the design parameters of passive buildings are adjusted to meet Evaluation criteria for passive low-energy buildings.Passive low-energy buildings mainly meet the standards of low energy consumption of buildings through high-efficiency external insulation systems,efficient door and window systems,no heat bridge design,air tightness measures and fresh air systems with heat recovery.Quality control measures to achieve the requirements of various indicators of passive construction.In Qingdao,a city with a very low energy self-sufficiency rate,the passive building,an energy-saving building,is far from enough.The construction process inspection and completion acceptance have not formed a mature and perfect system.In response to this situation,through the study of passive building design and construction process quality control measures,the energy-saving design standards for external protective structures,construction quality control standards and completion acceptance criteria;fresh air system and air tightness testing standards are finally obtained,and the final design is complete.Check the acceptance system and sort it out in tabular form. |
