With national economic booming,infrastructure projects are on the rise,and the use of construction machinery is also increasing,and the types of equipment are increasing.The traditional management modes of construction machinery are not able to meet the requirements of modern information management and service of construction projects.Therefore,it is very significant to take advantage of the Internet of things technology to perform the information transformation to construction machinery.Through the collection and processing of data for engineering machinery equipment,enterprises can monitor the running conditions of equipment in order to ensure the safety of equipment assets,and offer strong supports for the project construction quality.First of all,the development status of the management platform for construction machinery based on the Internet of things technology was summarized and analyzed in this thesis.Functional and non-functional requirements were analyzed in detail according to the research background.The realization goal of the platform was determined.The design of the platform was divided into three parts:Internet of things access platform,Internet of things management platform and database.On the basis of determining the design goal of the system and the software and hardware requirements of the platform,the necessary design of the functional requirements such as communication data processing,user information management,fault management and non-functional requirements such as security,maintainability and extensibility were carried out herein.Then,the construction machinery service management platform was divided into three parts:data access module,security management module,and function module.Their realization process were elaborated respectively.The system data access module was accomplished based on the on-board gateway installed on the engineering equipment and EMQ message server in this paper.The system security management module was implemented through the DES algorithm programmed by JavaScript.The system function module was performed based on SpringBoot framework.Finally,the platform was tested through functional testing and stress testing,and the usability and stability of the platform were verified.
