As we all know,lifting machinery is the most widely used large-scale machinery in modern industrial production,and its use in various construction projects can greatly improve work efficiency.However,in recent years,the frequent occurrence of large crane accidents has attracted more and more attention,which has aroused the strong demand of the society for safety production in modern chemical industry.The state and enterprises have increasingly strong demand for crane operation monitoring and accident prevention.As an important product of modern information technology,the Internet of Things has been applied to various social information fields,such as transportation,architecture,Museum collection,monument monitoring,digital library,etc.This paper will start with the perception layer,network layer and application layer framework of the Internet of Things,and based on large gantry cranes,then develop the perception layer real-time monitoring software based on MCGS configuration software,the gantry crane data processing software based on WinCC configuration software and the long-distance data query software based on C#.To ensure the crane operation parameters,structural health of real-time monitoring and data remote transmission,and to achieve data storage and remote query functions.This paper analyzes the existing crane structure health monitoring content and program.The wire rope life assessment method is applied to crane safety assessment,to achieve long-term real-time online remote monitoring function.Referring to the large gantry crane in service on site,a simplified calculation model of gantry crane is established.The elastic mechanics calculation and finite element ANSYS software analysis are used to find the dangerous position of gantry crane from the field point of view for long-term on-line strain monitoring.In the actual factory building a whole set of Internet of Things framework,the hardware facilities are installed on the gantry crane in service,and achieve LAN functions,supported data storage,remote user query and other functions.The achievement of this article is as follows:1.The health monitoring and management system of the portal crane structure based on the Internet of things is created.It cover the shortage of the current crane monitoring software,and implement the function of long-term online remote monitoring.2.Based on three types of software,MCGS,WinCC and C#,the management software that meets the three layers architecture of the Internet of things is developed.It completes the process from the data acquisition at the front end to the data remote access at the back end.3.For the gantry crane,the monitoring software with the function of evaluating the running state of the equipment is developed,which is not available in the existing monitoring system.It can carry out strain monitoring,load analysis,operation mechanism statistics and life statistics of vulnerable components at dangerous points.4.This paper applies the linear cumulative damage theory to the load analysis function of the monitoring software,giving the residual fatigue life of the wire rope and providing the theoretical basis for the user to replace the wire rope.
