With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the running speed of the railway is getting higher and higher,and the high-speed railway has gradually become the preferred means of transportation for most people to travel.At the same time,China’s railway testing technology has made a significant breakthrough.Since the implementation of the railway industry standard of the people’s Republic of China in 2018,more and more railway testing equipment has been put into use in the railway system to ensure the safety of the train when it is running.In this thesis,a miniaturized transponder test platform with high portability and comprehensive functions is designed.According to this platform,testers can test the transponder system quickly and efficiently on site,which solves a series of problems such as low test efficiency,long test cycle and complex test environment in traditional test methods.In this thesis,the research status of the train test system at home and abroad is investigated,and then through comparing the maturity of the key test technology,the corresponding test device selection and the construction of the software and hardware environment are completed.The modular test instrument of Ni company is selected as the main body,and other measuring instruments are integrated to form a set of comprehensive and portable test equipment;the key algorithm is designed and optimized,and the simulation is carried out in MATLAB;the signal acquisition and signal analysis software is realized by using Lab VIEW language and C++library provided by Ni,and the performance of test program is optimized as a whole Greatly improved.Finally,through the design of the digital front panel,the experimental results and key data are clearly and effectively displayed to the tester,and the design and implementation of the data visualization module are completed.Finally,the system integration and software design of the miniaturized transponder test platform are completed,and the result of small-scale application shows that the effect is good.
