In the modern information society,transportation is becoming more and more developed.As the number of vehicles increases,people have higher and higher demands on intelligent transportation.In order to meet the needs of intelligent transportation,the idea of the Internet of Things has been introduced into the transportation network.The Internet of Vehicles detects the current status of traffic and provides various transportation services through information exchange and network interconnection.However,there are bound to be various kinds of security attacks in the open wireless communication environment.The security attacks on the Internet of Vehicles(IoV)will cause serious security accidents,which will threaten the personal safety of passengers.In order to ensure the information security of users in the Internet of Vehicles,the messages exchanged in the Internet of Vehicles must be verified before they are accepted.Message verification is an important security foundation of the Internet of Vehicles.With the rapid growth of the number of vehicles,the existing computing power resources will not be able to meet the rapid message verification requirements of large-scale dynamic networks.There are many types of services in the Internet of Vehicles,and different types of security messages have different verification delay tolerances.If the message verification cannot be completed in time,the IoV system may lose some important messages,resulting in traffic accidents,improving the verification efficiency of various security messages is of great significance to the IoV.In order to improve the efficiency of security message verification in the IoV,shorten the system message verification delay,and reduce the loss of safety messages,this paper conducts the following two aspects of research.(1)A scheme for batch verification of messages was proposed.By selecting the appropriate assistance verification vehicle in the IoV,the assistance verification vehicle and RSU are both responsible for the verification of safety messages in the system,which reduces the total verification delay of system message.Firstly,the delay of message verification in IoV is modeled and analyzed,and the idea of edge computing is introduced into the message verification in IoV.We propose a two-layer message verification model.Then,based on the delay model,we establishe an optimization goal of minimizing the system message verification delay.Based on this goal,we propose a method to select a suitable number and reasonable distribution in the IoV to help verify the vehicle.Finally,combined with the stability of the system topology,a migration method for common vehicle verification tasks that minimizes the system message verification delay is proposed.Through simulation analysis,it can be seen that the system message verification delay of our scheme is shortened to one-tenth of the centralized verification system message verification delay.(2)A strategy for grouping messages based on different priorities is proposed.Different strategies are adopted for IoV systems of different sizes,and the messages are verified in batches based on priority to ensure that as many emergency messages as possible are verified.First,we prioritized the messages in the system.Then select different message verification schemes according to the scale of the transportation network,and calculate the threshold of the number of vehicles switching the verification schemes.Finally,a strategy of message group verification is designed on the verification node.Based on the calculation power of the verification node and the number of verifiable vehicles,an appropriate verification polling cycle is calculated,and messages of different priorities are aggregated and batch verified.Through simulation analysis,this scheme can greatly reduce the verification delay of each priority message in different scale IoV and the loss rate of each priority message of the system.
