| In recent years,China’s Internet of vehicles industry has developed rapidly,and many domestic independent brands have started to build Internet of vehicles systems and set up intelligent connected-vehicle research institutes.However,with the rapid development of the industry,a relatively complete system has not been formed in terms of industry technical standards and project management mode,and few research results are worth learning from,which provides an idea for the risk control and management of Internet of vehicles projects at the center of the automotive industry chain.This study conducted a systematic analysis on the risks of the Internet of vehicles project of BA automobile company,in the context of a typical project,combined with the original vehicle development process,recognizing all kinds of risks in the process of project development.The risk list of Internet of vehicles project was obtained by means of Delphi experts method,brainstorming method and structural decomposition method,combined with the risk probability and impact matrix for preliminary project risk hierarchy.Quantitative analysis according to the result of expert scoring value to calculate the specific risk,at the same time there is a complicated system connection between the risk factors for influence,the risk factor weight must be fully considered to reduce the evaluation error.Therefore,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to obtain the total ranking of risk factors,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the overall risk assessment of the project.Finally,based on the actual project cases,the countermeasures of key risk factors are given to comprehensively monitor the implementation effect.On the whole,a set of risk management and control process combining with the inherent development mode of the enterprise should be established,the risk assessment management system should be established,and the review committee and other organizations should be set up.In terms of market,strategic cooperation with Internet enterprises and new Internet of things companies should be strengthened.In terms of technology,effective means such as agile development and collaborative advanced research should be adopted to respond to changes.Project management mode should be actively transformed,reformed and innovated.The paper provides a certain degree of reference for risk management of Internet of vehicles projects of BA company and similar enterprises in the industry. |
