| The equipment manufacturing industry is the soul of manufacturing and the heart of industrial enterprises.It provides production technology and equipment for the national economy and guarantees the development of the national economy.It is the country’s top weapon,an important part of the real economy,and an important indicator of the country’s comprehensive national strength.In recent years,with the country’s increasing emphasis on the equipment manufacturing industry,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has made great progress,and its added value has increased year by year,becoming a major manufacturing country.However,compared with developed countries,the overall quality and competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry are still significantly different,showing a large but not strong.The construction of a manufacturing power includes intelligent manufacturing,transformation and upgrading,and technological innovation.The most important of these is the improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry.Promoting the improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry is to promote the transformation of manufacturing quality,develop and strengthen the real economy,and improve international Competitive focus and development direction.Therefore,the improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic issue that needs to be solved urgently in China,and it is also a hot issue in academic circles in recent years.Based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the current status of the quality management of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hangzhou,this study focuses on the research on the quality improvement of the equipment manufacturing industry and uses the structural equations to introduce the factors affecting the quality improvement based on the TOE framework.Furthermore,based on the unstable quality of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and the unscientific and non-standard application of robust design methods by enterprises,a comparative study of the signal-to-noise ratio estimation methods of core tools in robust design was conducted,and two cases of key equipment manufacturing enterprises were adopted The research provides theoretical and decision-making basis for the quality improvement of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The main research contents include:(1)Investigation and research on the quality management of equipment manufacturing industry.The third chapter of this article mainly through the field survey and questionnaire survey of typical equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hangzhou,grasp the product quality status and quality management status of Hangzhou equipment manufacturing industry,and summarize the quality and quality management problems in the development of equipment manufacturing industry.The survey results show that there is still a certain gap between the equipment manufacturing industry in Hangzhou in terms of quality level and the application of quality management methods compared with developed countries,and there is an urgent need for quality improvement.(2)Research on influencing factors of equipment manufacturing quality improvement.The improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry is affected by a number of factors.Therefore,the key to the improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry is to clarify the degree of influence of different factors on the quality improvement of the equipment manufacturing industry and the path of action.In the fourth chapter of this paper,a questionnaire survey of typical equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hangzhou is used to build a theoretical model of the factors affecting the quality improvement of the equipment manufacturing industry based on the TOE framework,and an empirical analysis of the factors affecting quality improvement is made using the structural equation model.Studies have shown that the influencing factor of the quality method has the most significant impact on the quality improvement of the equipment manufacturing industry.(3)Comparative study of robust design signal-to-noise ratio.Among the many quality methods,many equipment manufacturing companies will apply robust design,but the survey shows that the application of robust design is not ideal.One of the important reasons is that the formula for calculating the signal-to-noise ratio is not uniform,which is for practical application.Caused trouble.In the fifth chapter of this paper,by introducing the percentage reduction of mass loss,based on the construction of a mathematical model,the application of actual cases is analyzed to compare and study the two formulas for calculating the signal-to-noise ratio in the robust design of zero-scale quality characteristics.Research shows that the formula for minimizing variance has a better application effect.(4)Case studies of key equipment manufacturing enterprises.The improvement of the quality of the equipment manufacturing industry can not only stop at the theoretical level,but also pay attention to practice.In reality,many companies have realized related issues and understood the importance of quality methods.The sixth chapter of this article conducts field visits to two key equipment manufacturing companies,interviews with relevant leaders,understands the basic situation and quality management of the two key equipment manufacturing companies,and analyzes typical quality improvement cases.Taking the development of the four-layer main condensing evaporator based on the QFD and TRIZ theory of Company A and the improvement of the measurement accuracy of the touch film position inspection device of Company B as examples,it provides a reference for other companies to carry out quality improvement. |
