Research On Influencing Factors And Approaches For High-quality Development Of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises From Perspective Of Configuration

Equipment manufacturing industry as an important component of our manufacturing industry,is the foundation of national industrial development.At present,China’s economy is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development.It is urgent to change the development mode,adjust the economic structure and change the growth engine.As the pillar of the national economy,equipment manufacturing enterprises should shoulder the heavy responsibility to promote the economic transformation.However,the development status of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises is uneven,some equipment manufacturing enterprises lack independent innovation ability,intelligent,green and digital level need to be improved.Therefore,this paper identifies the key factors affecting the high quality of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and describes the high-quality development path for different equipment manufacturing enterprises,so as to promote the high quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper takes the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises as the main line of research.Firstly,the grounded theory is applied to deeply analyze the concept of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Through the analysis of literature and policy texts related to high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises,six factors affecting the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises are identified.External environment,dynamic capability,resource endowment,corporate culture,strategic planning and green development,respectively,to build a theoretical model of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,based on the analysis content of grounded theory,the questionnaire is designed to obtain the variable data of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The configuration analysis is carried out by qualitative comparative analysis method,and four typical paths of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises are described.Finally,the path is analyzed and interpreted,and specific suggestions are provided for the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Research findings:(1)The high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is composed of six dimensions: external environment,dynamic capability,resource endowment,corporate culture,strategic planning and green development.Under the support of external environment,dynamic capability is the core driving force,resource endowment and strategic planning is the important starting point,and both green development and corporate culture development are taken into account.(2)The realization process of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is "harmony but diversity",and there is a certain degree of correlation among various paths.However,different equipment manufacturing enterprises need to explore distinctive and differentiated high-quality development paths based on their own characteristics due to their differences in dynamic capacity,resource endowment and strategic planning.(3)Currently,the high-quality development level of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises is in a state of steady rise,but it is still in the early stage of development.Equipment manufacturing enterprises need to comprehensively consider the influence of various dimensions to promote the smooth progress of high-quality development.In view of the results of this study,this paper from the various dimensions synergism combination Angle to give relevant suggestions,for different subjects to formulate countermeasures and practice to provide reference,help our equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve high quality development early.
