| The research on the static and dynamic characteristics of aerostatic restrictors has been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.This thesis aims at the problem that there is no complete and unified definition when using the equivalent circuit method to study the static and dynamic characteristics of aerostatic restrictors.It is planned to study the capillary tube with the structure similar to the orifice restrictor to establish the definition of gas resistance suitable for the capillary tube,which is the basis for the subsequent establishment of a universal gas resistance definition.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)According to the related knowledge of fluid mechanics,the Bernoulli equation and pressure loss calculation formula suitable for high-speed compressible flow under adiabatic conditions are obtained.Based on this,the definition of air resistance applicable to capillary tubes is further proposed.(2)An experimental device for verification experiment of gas resistance definition is designed,and the gas resistance of the capillary tube is measured through experiments.According to the experimental data,the characteristic of parameter k is analyzed,and the expression of k is given,which further improves the definition of air resistance.Based on the definition of gas resistance,the gas resistance of the capillary tube used in the experiment is estimated and compared with the experimental results.The result shows that the relative error between the two is less than 10%,which proves that the definition of gas resistance for capillary tube proposed in this thesis is feasible.(3)Based on the definition of gas resistance,an gas resistance measuring device of measuring the gas resistance of pipelines is designed.What’s more,the main function,working principle and calculation method of gas resistance are described in detail.The feasibility of the measurement principle of the gas resistance measuring device is analyzed through simulation.The results show: The gas resistance measurement device is feasible in principle.(4)At the same time,through three aspects: mechanical structure,hardware circuit and software program,a specific design of the gas resistance measuring device is carried out.This thesis completes the assembly and commissioning of the gas resistance measuring device.Using the gas resistance measuring device to measure the gas resistance of 6 pipelines with different specifications.The experimental result shows: The gas resistance measuring device can realize the function of measuring the gas resistance of the pipelines. |
