To explore the parameters distribut ion in the multi-microchannel aerostaticrestrictor flow field and provide a theoretical basis for the parameter optimization ofthe restrictor. A gas film flow parameter measuring equipment was designed mainlyfor the multi-microchannel aerostatic restrictor, simulation and experiment ofparameters distribution in the gas film flow were carried out. Main research contentsare as follows:First, Developed a flow parameters test experiment, continuous measurementson the pressure and temperature situation inside the gas film of the restrictor can berealized. It’s mainly applied to the multi-microchanne l aerostatic restrictor, but alsoapplies to Hexon double U type thrust restrictor. Signal conditioning conversioncircuit was designed and specialized software for the experiments was programmed, which could store the experimental data as well as visualize the tendency andfluctuation in real time.Secondly, the inner pressure and temperature distribut ion under different supplygas pressure and film thickness was simulated using Fluent. The results show thatpressure in the restrictor gas film distributed radial gradually decreasing from themiddle to the surrounding; temperature distributes symmetrically, high temperaturewent in the central region and turns cooler at the edge; increased in supply pressureand film thickness bo th lead to a substantial decline on temperature.Thirdly, experiments on the inner pressure and temperature distribution andsupp ly air temperature were carried out under different supp ly gas pressure and filmthickness. concept of Joule-Thomson effect during the throttling process was alsointroduced. The expe riment show that pressure in the gas film from the center hole tothe wedge-shaped groove trailing gradually decreased, increased with an increasingsupply gas pressure and gradually decreased with increase in the gas film thickness inspecific area. Maximum pressure difference reached0.12MPa, the larger the supplypressure, the greater the difference between internal and external pressure; temperature inner the gas film showing a gradually fall from the center hole to theedge, the overall temperature decreased when the supp ly pressure increased, and withthe increase in the gas film thickness, the temperature decreased, too. Temperature ofthe gas source increased with the increase in film thickness and the supp ly gaspressure. This study can provide theoretical support for the pressure impedance model ofthe multi-microchannel aerostatic restrictor and the study of the thermal effect duringthrottling process.
