| With the continuous development of economic globalization, the product life cycle is gradually shrinking, and the user’s requirements for the product are gradually increasing.More and more companies have incorporated the user’s perspective into their product research and development, and even let users directly participate in the design team to design products with the user as the center. However, because users have different abilities and understandings about product design,an effective mechanism is needed to increase user participation so that they can effectively and efficiently output their ideas to the design team.Role theory,as a theory of the role played by individuals in the interaction process and their activities, can provide theoretical guidance for users to participate in collaborative design, and predict and standardize behaviors. This study adopts the comparative experiment method, which is based on role theory, collaborative design theory, and grounded theory.Through in-depth analysis of interview data, comparative experimental data, and optimized experimental data, specific and targeted roles for user participation in collaborative design are proposed.Strategy, optimize the weaknesses of existing research, solve the contradiction between user participation and collaborative design, improve the quality of collaborative design, and provide practical guidance for collaborative design teams. The paper as a whole has six components, specific contents refer to the following:The first part mainly summarizes the research background and current situation, and gives a general introduction to the purpose, significance, innovation points and research framework of this research. The second part introduces and sorts out the related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in the research. The third part is based on the qualitative research of grounded theory, the basic theoretical model is constructed by three-level coding, and the weights of the sub-elements of the model are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Provide entry points and theoretical guidance. The fourth part is based on the "cooperative quality-role requirement-cooperative element" three-layer model, designing the role of users in collaborative design, and experimentally verifying the problems found in root research. The fifth part optimizes the experimental process and role settings in the fourth part, and verifies the effectiveness of the optimized strategy through comparative experiments.The.main results of the research are:(1)A three-layer model of influencing factors for user participation in collaborative design role requirements is provided, which provides an entry point and theoretical guidance for related theoretical research and practice;(2)Four user role requirements are explored through experiments Important influencing factors, and use this as a strategy to design user roles.Through three comparative experiments, the user experience and effects of using roles in collaborative design scenarios are analyzed; And make further experiments to enrich the role composition, improve team efficiency and user experience, and provide guidance and suggestions for related research and design practice. |
