Product design is a process based on knowledge and experience to solve demands,innovative design is an effective measure to improve the competitiveness of products,bionic provides a new and effective way for the design of innovative product,and how to obtain biological knowledge effectively and convert it into a'product design scheme become the core.At the same time,product innovation design depends not only on the experience,knowledge and methods of a certain field,but also on the collaboration among different fields,and how to deal with the complex coupling relationship of them is the key of design.Aiming at these problems,the modeling methods of product technology system and biological system are studied,as well as multi-level cooperative integration innovation of multibiological principles,multidisciplinary flexible design decisions based on game theory and so on·Firstly,the multi-level product technology model and biological model are studied to express product information and biological information effectively.In the analysis of market demand and engineering problems,it is necessary to analyze and establish a simple model which can explain the internal relationship of the product.Similarly,for biological system,the biological information obtained should be integrated and abstracted,and stored in the biological ontology database.Relevant information is extracted according to the analysis results,then transformed to the product technology system,and the improved plan of the product technology system comes.Secondly,the multi-level collaborative mapping mechanisms and methods among two systems are proposed to achieve multi-level transformation from multiple biological prototypes to product technologies,as well as the collaborative innovation of multi-biological principles.For complex engineering problems,a single biological principle can not solve engineering conflicts well,and a new idea of collaborative integration of multiple biological principles is provided.Considering the synergistic effect of several organisms,considering interaction between all levels of the system,multi-level collaborative integration innovation of multibiological prototype is realized through collaborative middleware model,providing diverse ideas for solving engineering conflicts,and increasing the innovation and diversity of product technology system.Thirdly,the multidisciplinary design decision of product is studied in the basis of game theory and flexibility.Considering the interaction of each subject information,the mixed game is proposed to analyze and model the coupling of the subsystems of each subject.The parametric design based on game theory is put forward by using an empirical formula,and for complex product design without analytical formula,numerical simulation,analysis is put forward.A flexible design model based on probability theory is established to express the design solution flexibly by using the range solution instead of the single point solution.Finally,combined with the previous content,a method of collaborative creative product design based on bionic is given,which is proved by the design and optimization of automotive disc brakes.
