| The development of human society history has also entered the fast lane of the intelligent era.,as science and technology and information are under the support of rapid development of network technology.We all know that opportunities are prepared for those who are prepared.At that time,the parties to design research scholars of the new era of intelligence can be described as painstaking fought findings of a sudden intelligent design as mushroomed to thrive.Based on the scholars’ research,this paper studies the intelligent design method for large-scale complex equipment under the condition of network collaboration.In addition to the finalattempt to develop an intelligent design software,this paper also does the following research:First,the composition of large complex equipment was studied.Based on the predecessors,the concept of complex equipment was newly defined,and the design features of large-scale complex equipment were summarized according to its definition and actual situation.The structural composition and process composition of the boiler were studied for the complex equipment case of the boiler.The concept of "inner set element" is proposed for the structural composition.According to the field investigation at the Hongguang Boiler Plant,several problems in the boiler design process were summarized.And the design software under the network collaborative conditions developed in this paper can solve these problems well.Next,the knowledge of complex equipment was studied.First,the knowledge of complex equipment is defined,pointing out two necessary processes to become knowledge for any information:first precipitation and then combination.For the method of acquiring knowledge,this paper studies the main acquisition mechanisms.For practical application to boiler design,it is mainly to obtain and ask designers from the design materials manually.Finally,the acquired boiler design knowledge is built into the cell library and the component library is initially established.These two libraries will eventually be stored in the database for invocation.Then the system of network collaborative design is studied.The concept of network collaboration was described and the design framework was built.The entire collaborative implementation process is included in the framework and the resource requirements of the design software are studied.Collaborative information and component index file information are preliminarily designed for the key technologies of network collaboration.The index file information is based on the component library established above.Describes how part index file information works.The method of collaborative assembly was studied,and the four processes of function-based assembly modeling were studied.And pointed out the three major parts of the collaborative assembly information.Then,the control method of assembly quality in the collaborative process was studied,including the quality control of the components and the control of the assembly quality between the components.Finally,the assembly planning method is studied,and the assembly method of "classification,parallelism and combination"is proposed.Finally,the research on the development of the design software of this paper is done,including the software design flow,the design of the interface,and the design of the function.It mainly includes the addition,modification,deletion and final effect display of component files during the collaborative process. |
