At present,the whole country is increasing efforts to attract investment and attract more key projects to settle down.At the same time,it is also simplifying and optimizing the project approval process and optimizing the business environment Access to electricity is an important part of the business environment.From power generation by power plants to power supply by enterprises and residents,the transmission and conversion of power is indispensable,which is also inseparable from the substation.The substation construction project is huge and complex,and there are many uncertain factors in the construction process.The traditional project schedule management method applied in the substation construction project,there are resource conflicts,frequent plan changes,and project overdue,which can not meet the current power grid construction needs.Based on the complexity and characteristics of H substation construction project,as well as the problems of the project,after the research and comparison of several project schedule management methods,the key chain method is proposed to effectively manage the H substation construction project schedule.Key chain discovery is applied to solve resource conflicts,identify project key chain,and insert buffer at the same time to determine the schedule of H substation construction project based on key chain.In the stage of schedule preparation,the experience method and historical data method are combined to put forward the reasonable construction period of the process,and the process duration estimation is more accurate and in line with the actual project.In order to solve the problem of resource conflict,the "earliest arrival time criterion" is adopted to optimize and adjust the project schedule in the case of limited resources,which makes the project plan more feasible.In the aspect of buffer calculation,considering the influence factors of process,resource tension,task complexity,risk elasticity coefficient and so on,the setting of buffer is more scientific and reasonable.In the process of project implementation,take effective project schedule guarantee measures and control measures to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.In the aspect of project schedule control,the traditional buffer management warning chart is improved and optimized to make it more valuable.In addition,while paying attention to the whole project,we should pay more attention to the management and control of each link,implement "three reminders" hierarchical management and control,evaluate the progress of each link from time to time,formulate emergency plans,minimize the impact of emergencies on the project progress,and make the progress management and control more precise.Through the schedule management of H substation construction project,the risk of project delay caused by project start-up delay is avoided.The actual construction period of the project is only 218 days,82 days less than the original plan,and the construction period is significantly shortened.In addition.the project cost is saved and good benefits are obtained.The application of critical chain realizes the new exploration of substation construction project schedule management,and has achieved success,which fully proves the applicability of critical chain method to the project schedule management,and provides a useful reference for other substation construction projects.
