At present,China’s railway operating mileage has reached 128,000 kilometers,including 38,000 kilometers of high-speed railways.There are 75,000 railway passenger cars,among which there are 3828 standard trains and 30620 trains in the EMU[1].As the mileage of China’s high-speed rail continues to increase,there are more and more EMUs.The requirements for informatization management of EMUs are also getting higher and higher.Especially on the issue of the technical transformation of EMUs,various solutions have high technical content,large amount of information,and many types of categories,and the contents of each part are mutually cited and related[2].In the past,it was difficult to accumulate valuable experience and knowledge,and it was even more impossible to realize data sharing and historical data query and traceability.At the same time,because the process is not standardized enough,the whole process cannot be controlled.The EMU technical transformation management system aims to realize the full life cycle management of EMU technical changes,improve operation efficiency,and achieve the goal of unified coordinated management at the three levels of the driven depot-the operating station-the OEM.Through close communication with relevant personnel,the whole process of the technical transformation of the EMU was analyzed.It discusses the software development of the system from the perspective of requirement analysis,design,implementation and testing[3]Using software engineering thinking and methods to complete the following tasks.First,it is determined that the system adopts the SpringBoot framework and Oracle database,and then through the analysis of the actual process of technological transformation and the functional requirements of the system,the system is divided into six modules,namely the transformation plan module,the transformation task module,the integrated operation module,and the transformation progress module,form intelligent filling model and statistical analysis module.The transformation plan module is used to initiate and approve transformation plans.The transformation task module is used to approve and issue transformation tasks.The integrated operation module is used to initiate,approve and cancel integrated operations.The transformation progress module is used to manage the completion progress of reconstruction plans,reconstruction tasks and integrated operations,as well as to provide early warning for tasks with slow completion progress.The form intelligent filling module is used to automatically fill in the form and improve the user’s work efficiency.The statistical analysis module is used to count and analyze the data of the first three modules.At present,the system has basically reached the expected goal during design.The black box test method was used to comprehensively test the system functions,and all functional modules were operating normally.
