Research On Driver Management And Evaluation In Automobile Transportation Enterprises

With the rapid progress of science and technology in China,the road transportation industry in China has also developed rapidly,and road traffic safety,energy saving and emission reduction have become the hot issues of concern to the society today.In the closed-loop system of man-car-road(ring),the driver,as the participant of the road traffic system and the specific operator and decision-maker of the vehicle movement,will directly affect the road traffic safety,energy saving and emission reduction.Nowadays,the problems of road traffic safety,energy saving and emission reduction are becoming more and more serious,especially the management of operating vehicle drivers,so how to manage the drivers of operating vehicles as road transport enterprises is very important to the safety and energy saving management of road transport in China.This paper aims at the management and evaluation of drivers of operating vehicles in China,hoping to contribute to road traffic safety and energy conservation.This paper takes the driver of operating vehicle as the research object,mainly focuses on the problems of professional driver selection and driver performance evaluation of operating vehicle.The research focus is to study and construct the evaluation system of driving suitability and driver performance(behavioral safety and energy saving).Based on the analysis of common methods of driver’s driving suitability,the multi-criteria decision analysis method is used to evaluate driver’s driving suitability,Then the signal-to-noise ratio classification method is used to classify the driver according to the driver’s driving suitability score,and finally the driver selection mechanism is worked out.Then,on the basis of the common methods of driver performance evaluation,the multi-criteria decision analysis method is used to evaluate the existing driver performance in order to achieve effective annual management of driver performance.Finally,the driver’s driving suitability and driver’s performance evaluation model are analyzed by using the test data respectively,and compared with other common methods,the effectiveness is verified.
