Our city is in an era of great expansion and great development.A large number of rural people have poured into the city,and the process of urbanization is happening irreversibly.In order to adapt to the pressure brought by the sudden increase in population density,various infrastructures have appeared in cities to meet the needs of residents.However,with the further expansion of the scale of cities,the contradiction between people and land caused by irrational infrastructure planning has intensified.This includes a series of problems such as a large number of idle urban land,the phenomenon of neighboring infrastructure,and the overloaded operation of equipment.Therefore,explore Brand-new infrastructure design models have become an urgent issue for current economic and social development.This article takes urban public space as the entry point,and takes material circulation and metabolism as the deep operating logic,and puts forward the concept of "composite infrastructure" covering two aspects of new city construction and old city reconstruction,providing a new exploration path for the future development direction of infrastructure,And conduct related theoretical research on the three scales of blocks,neighborhoods and cities to build a theoretical model of composite infrastructure.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly studies the theoretical research and background and basis,research purpose and significance and the main content of the research.It sorts out the domestic and foreign research on infrastructure and urban metabolism.It also lists the research methods and sorts out the research framework.The second chapter reviews the past and conducts theoretical analysis and current research on the research status of infrastructure.First,it organizes and compares the relevant theories of infrastructure,summarizes the development and changes of its theoretical connotation,and then analyzes the basics from the perspective of urban space.The facilities are classified and divided,and the relationship between the infrastructure and the urban space is studied.Finally,on the basis of the research,the main problems facing the infrastructure at this stage are summarized,including the simplicity of the infrastructure,the fragmentation of the urban space,and the gap between different types of facilities.Weak connections,long-term overloaded operations,neighbor avoidance dilemmas,and non-competitive problems in the operation and management process,first expose the contradictions,and then solve the symptoms.The third chapter looks to the future and studies the future development trend of infrastructure.First,from the perspective of the status quo,using the implemented cases and the city of Tokyo as prototypes,exploring the composite of different functions of the infrastructure and the composite of different spaces,and then starting from the theoretical level.,Using new urbanism,landscape urbanism and material circulation and metabolism theory as the theoretical reference for the composite design of infrastructure,and finally analyze the space requirements of the infrastructure to prepare for the subsequent composite design.Chapter 4 proposes a new concept of composite infrastructure on the basis of the first two studies.First,it analyzes the connotation and construction significance of composite infrastructure,and the possibility of constructing conforming infrastructure.Then,it elaborates on the concept of composite infrastructure.Three elements,namely,space carrying elements,facility support elements,and social driving elements,as well as a complex infrastructure system composed of blocks,neighborhoods and cities,and analyzed the functions of complex infrastructure from the three perspectives of production,life,and ecology.Finally,Summarized the characteristic attributes of composite infrastructure,namely,natural ecology,economic adaptability,public sociality,system network type and spatial diversity.Chapter 5,supported by the new theory,attempts to establish theoretical models from the three major scales of blocks,neighborhoods,and cities.First,it summarizes the key points of the design of composite infrastructure,and then defines the scales to determine the specific research scope of the three scales.Finally,a theoretical model is constructed based on the design principles of "spatial facility and facility life",and the up-and-down relationship is formed between different scales.The sixth chapter concludes,summarizes the research results of the full text,and puts forward the research deficiencies and future research directions.
