Currently,the assembly building targeted at "safety,efficiency and green environmental protection" is a worldwide trend,especially the prefabricated and assembled construction of the component factory,which has become an important symbol of the modernization of the construction industry.Prefabricated building extends to the development of urban infrastructure construction,promoting the technology level of the construction in the city,and mainly it is embodied in the following aspects:First,shortening the urban infrastructure construction project time limit for a project,Second,ensuring the engineering quality supervision and management level;Third,reducing the impact of urban public transport and service,reduce the pollution of the environment,and promote the development of green building as much as possible.Fourth,accelerating even beyond the pace of the prefabricated construction abroad advanced level.This article for the study of the development of urban infrastructure prefabricated construction environment,in Ningbo city for example.Fieldwork local precast file number and size,analyzes the current development situation of Ningbo prefabricated construction at home and abroad,combined with typical infrastructure fabricated projects which give evidence and confirm the urban infrastructure development trend and potential of prefabricated construction.This article chooses the DPSIR model,which is from the perspective of system analysis about the interaction and the social environment system.The characterization of urban infrastructure fabricated industrialization system of evaluation index is divided into five types,driving force,pressure,state,impact and responses.Each type was divided into several kinds of indexes,and 17 indicators were designed.In addition,TOPSIS algorithm and obstacle model are introduced to analyze and diagnose obstacle factors,so as to calculate the comprehensive level of prefabricated industrialization of Ningbo's infrastructure and find out the factors affecting the prefabricated industrialization system of urban infrastructure.2017 obstacles hindering the development of the city infrastructure construction of prefabricated mainly concentrated in the subsystem and pressure subsystem and response subsystem,mainly including:the city technology innovation capacity,bearing pressure,prefabricated infrastructure system and policy consummation degree coefficient,density of population,urbanization rate and urban talent environment,the proportion of investment in infrastructure,etc.There were 8 research indicators,5 overlapping indicators,and the overlap rate was 62.5%.From a comprehensive analysis,with the deepening of urbanization,the development of infrastructure assembly building has put forward higher demands on policies,talents and technologies.Then,based on the actual situation of Ningbo city,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of assembly building,which is of great significance for exploring development paths,coordinating social relations,increasing economic benefits and speeding up the urbanization process.
