| Waterway transportation plays an important role in China’s trade transportation,especially in foreign trade transportation.Port and waterway project is the infrastructure guarantee of waterway transportation.In recent years,it has been developing towards large-scale and specialized development.Under the general environment of extensive management in the civil engineering industry,the management level of port and waterway engineering construction enterprises is not high,and the profit level of enterprises still lags far behind that of other industries.In the past decade,the rapid development of information technologies such as BIM,big data,intelligence,mobile communications,cloud computing and the Internet of Things has brought new and broader opportunities to the informatization development of civil construction industry.It is also an inevitable requirement for the industry to change its development mode,improve quality and efficiency,and save energy and reduce emissions.It is of great significance to the green development of the industry and the improvement of people’s quality of life.In China,some of the high degree of standardization of civil industry,such as housing,high speed railway project construction has been integrated into more and more information wisdom.BIM based information management platform and standardized intelligent component processing factory have been more and more widely put into use.However,due to its small number of civil engineering projects,the port and waterway engineering industry is far behind other civil engineering majors in terms of scale development and market share.Most of the existing mature sofftware and hardware are more oriented to housing construction and railway and highway majors.Port and waterway engineering itself is greatly affected by the natural environment,and the engineering has a strong personality,which makes it more difficult to form large-scale development of the industry.How to promote and improve the level of construction management of port and waterway engineering through the development of information technology is an important task for the development of port and waterway engineering.Taking the construction of port and waterway engineering as the object,this paper studies the application of wisdom construction concept and related technology in the construction of port and waterway project on the basis of the traditional construction and construction management theory of port and waterway project.By consulting and analyzing the literature,the main technical means and realization methods of intelligent construction are summarized.This paper analyzes the technical difficulties and main problems in the construction management of port and waterway project,USES the concept and means of intelligent construction,innovates the traditional construction management mode and method of port and waterway project,and puts forward the construction management system of intelligent construction of port and waterway project.This system takes underwater structure construction and water construction as the core,and combines with the technology development status of existing information means to study how to systematically carry out intelligent construction project management mode in the process of port and waterway engineering construction,solve the main management problems in the construction process,change the problems of poor information and low efficiency under the traditional construction mode,better reflect the idea of intelligent engineering construction,and provide reference and reference for personnel in the field of intelligent construction and port and waterway engineering construction in the future.In this study,based on the intelligent construction technology,a refined management scheme for the underwater foundation construction process in the water transportation engineering construction based on BIM technology is proposed.The geological stratum model and underwater foundation model are established by using BIM technology,the two-dimensional drawings are transformed into three-dimensional models,and the excavation amount can be accurately extracted to each geological layer.According to the model and the generated sectional drawing,check and deepen the design of the underwater foundation engineering drawing,and find out the problems in the drawing in advance;Combined with geological stratum model,predict the geological condition of the construction ahead,guide the selection of construction organization and technological method;Through the multi-curve section inspection,intuitively grasp the underwater foundation construction quality.Based on positioning technology,accurate positioning and attitude tracking of ships in construction waters are proposed.The attitude of ships under construction is visually displayed through the platform.The position and progress of ships are judged by superimposing construction drawings.Anchor positioning method is proposed,and the position of the anchor and the information on the platform to display,may at any time to check the berth,guide the anchor.A BIM-based ship layout,entry and exit simulation scheme is proposed to simulate ship layout before construction,so as to avoid work delay and resource waste caused by unreasonable planning during construction.This paper puts forward the operation elements of the overall intelligent construction management system,expounds the organization and team construction corresponding to it,and puts forward the construction and operation of the integrated management information platform as the core of the system operation.The platform not only carries various management behaviors and processes,but also integrates BIM and IoT connectivity,integrating information collection,transmission,extraction and calculation,and providing an important way for the management improvement of water transportation engineering construction process.The results of this study have been applied to an underwater tunnel project,and the practical effect of the above scheme has been verified.The results are reasonable and effective in the project.The construction management system of intelligent construction of port and waterway engineering is the integration of advanced management concept and advanced technology,and is the management concept and means that modern construction enterprises should have.It is of positive significance to the improvement of construction management of port and waterway engineering.In the future,it should continue to strengthen,adhere to the development,and constantly improve the level of construction management of port and waterway
