| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the shed retransformation has become as an important livelihood project of all levels governments.At present,Weihai city regards the shed retransformation as the No.1 project of stabilize growth,adjust structure and benefit livelihood.That requires all stage governments to concentrate,to promote the retransformation project step by step,and make the retransformation project as improving residents’ living conditions,promoting social harmonious development and improving land usage efficiency.Because the government takes the lead position in organizing and implementing the shed retransformation project.Compared to the ordinary commercial residential projects,the shed retransformation project gets the characteristics of easily causing public sentiment,includes:high social attention,huge investment,strict construction progress,high quality requirements,accurate cost management.etc.,which requires the government to take the responsibility of ’the first responsible person’,play a leading role and make overall planning In the early stage of relocation preparation,control the construction quality strictly,strengthen the progress supervision,especially to ensure the delivery of shed retransformation project on time.All these demands require the shed retransformation project team in high standard,especially the ability of progress management.By consulting a large number of schedule management and shed reform project related data,the thesis makes the understanding of project schedule management more comprehensive and the characteristics of shed reform project more clear.On that basis,J community shed reformation project is set as the research object,at the mean time,the related experiences and measures of project progress management can be used during optimization and adjustment the progress management of shed reformation project is applied by.So as to ensure that the shed retransformation project is completed on schedule and protect every interest of the demolition masses and relevant parties,and improve the efficiency of project management and promote the shed retransformation project to produce the expected social benefits as soon as possible.In the progress of preparing the project progress,firstly the thesis makes a comprehensive understanding of the basic situation of the shed retransformation project in J community,and makes a visit and investigation on the relevant personnel of the project team.On this basis,the schedule of the shed reform project in J community is prepared.In the preparation progress,the WBS task decomposition method is used to split the tasks in detail,and the each period of each task is estimated.The project software is used to draw a bar chart to find out the key path,and the key path method is used to optimize and adjust the project schedule.Secondly,through the implementation and control of the progress,the thesis finds there is a deviation between the actual schedule and the planned progress,and analyzes the reasons of deviation,then takes targeted measures to adjust the progress,and puts forward the progress guarantee measures such as resumption of production,technology,organization and resources.Finally,according to the progress management situation of J community shed reform project,the paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment,and provides valuable suggestions for the progress management of similar shed reform projects.The research conclusions of the thesis can accumulate work experience for the government to promote the shed retransformation project,and get reference significance for solving the schedule management problems of shed retransformation projects,which can not only ensure the shed reform project to be completed and delivered on schedule,but also contribute to maintaining social stability and promoting harmonious development. |
