Abstract/Summary:
With the widespread popularity of mobile payment methods,the frequency of using cash has become lower and lower,and the vacancy rate of bank self-service deposit and withdrawal equipment has become higher and higher,resulting in the continuous shrinking of the market space for the financial self-service equipment industry.As a cash financial equipment manufacturer integrating R&D,production,and sales,company Y has suffered particularly from the impact of the industry’s market tightening.At the same time,company Y lacks a normalized strategic deployment,and does not have a sound organizational structure and strategy.The formulation,planning,and execution of the company have always adopted the traditional decision-making system for major shareholders,and there is no sound risk analysis response mechanism,which makes the development of Y company difficult.Therefore,company Y urgently needs to carry out strategic transformation in order to make company Y achieve long-term sustainability.development of.This paper takes company Y as an example,uses empirical research,case analysis and other methods,combined with relevant theories of corporate strategic transformation,and uses strategic analysis tools such as PEST and EFE to analyze company Y’s external and internal environment,and analyze the current internal and external environments.The impact of the environment was evaluated and analyzed to determine the strategic transformation plan of Y Company from a financial self-service equipment R&D and production enterprise to a financial R&D service enterprise.First,through SWOT analysis,the goals,principles,and ideas of company Y’s strategic transformation are determined;secondly,the composition of company Y’s strategic transformation system is summarized,including:product business,marketing model,organization and management;third,the implementation of company Y’s strategic transformation is formulated The plan is to formulate the goals of inclusive financial business planning,accurately allocate customer resources,reform the organizational structure,and expand the scope of business;finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the Y company’s strategic transformation are proposed.This article uses the theoretical knowledge of strategic management and strategic transformation to analyze the national policy,industry development status,and the background of strategic transformation of Y company,combined with the company’s resource capabilities and management status,to study Y company’s strategic transformation The necessity of and the possibility of successful transformation.It is hoped that through the establishment of company Y’s strategic transformation system and implementation plan,it will help Y company to get out of its development difficulties as soon as possible.At the same time,studying the strategic transformation of Y company can bring some enlightenment to similar small and medium-sized enterprises,and guide the management of small and medium-sized enterprises to establish strategic awareness and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.
