| Energy and environmental issues have become more and more serious with social development,and the shortcomings of traditional energy applications have been increasingly exposed.In order to achieve sustainable development,the use of new energy for power generation has become a trend,and abundant solar resources have become the most developed new energy.Photovoltaic power generation is a new type of power generation mode,which has important practical significance for environmental protection and solving resource shortages.At present,my country is optimizing the energy structure,actively constructing photovoltaic power stations,and increasing the total installed capacity of photovoltaic power in my country.Heilongjiang Province is rich in solar energy resources and is suitable for the construction of photovoltaic power stations.The Anda City Power Grid is an integral part of the Heilongjiang Power Grid.Due to the current small capacity of the Anda Power Grid and few main transformers,the grid is unstable,and large-scale blackouts often occur.In response to the above problems,combined with the local actual situation in Changde Town,Anda City,a design plan for a photovoltaic power station with 100 MWp connected to the system in Changde Town,Anda City was proposed.This article first investigates the current research status at home and abroad,evaluates the solar energy resources in Heilongjiang Province,and studies the feasibility of constructing photovoltaic power stations.Then calculate the best inclination angle of the photovoltaic array.According to the data of Harbin weather station,the data of Anda local weather station is calculated,and the obtained data and geographic coordinates are imported into the software PVsystem,combined with the surrounding conditions,and the results are output.Then the optimal arrangement of components is designed.Select polysilicon photovoltaic modules for arrangement,and calculate the spacing between the front and rear rows of the modules.Then analyze and summarize the above data to predict the total and average power generation in the future.Finally,the electrical module of the power station is designed.For the electrical primary side,select appropriate electrical equipment through short-circuit calculation and verification,and perform lightning protection and grounding protection for electrical equipment and booster stations.For the design of relay protection on the electrical secondary side,based on the original scheduling relationship of the site,an automated scheduling system is designed and monitored together with the monitoring system,which can quickly respond to fault information.After the power station was integrated into the power grid,a new system communication design was carried out on the basis of the original system and the internal communication channel of the power station.This paper analyzes the meteorological conditions,geographical conditions,power conditions and other factors in Changde Town,Anda City,and designs a photovoltaic power station.It verifies that the scheme can effectively utilize solar energy.The total annual solar radiation receiving value is 5096.4 MJ/m2.Photovoltaic arrays are installed in a fixed manner with an inclination angle of38°,the spacing between the arrays side by side is not less than 14 m,and the front and back spacing is not less than 11 m.It is predicted that the total power generation in the next 25 years is about3,976.65×10~4 k Wh,which can meet the electricity consumption of Changde Town.At the same time,after the power station is connected to the grid,the grid structure of Anda City will be improved and the reliability of the grid will be improved. |
