Tengzhou power net is an important part of Zaozhuang net, it is in the northwest and connects Shandong net via the Zaozhuang 500KV station. After recent year' reform, the net's 23 transformer stations are all equipped with pc-based protection systems. To attain the objective of " Promotion technology cost-effectively" and human-free monitoring set by Shandong power net, some automatic system has to be set up which can monitor the station status reliably and real-timely. The transformer station side has get ready, the main work is to set up remote control station that can cooperates with transformer stations and monitor remotely. On the basis of this request, works were done in this thesis as follows:(1) Based on practice of local power net and technology development of power system, function and basic configure of dispatching automation main station system are presented.(2) By dint of advanced computer technology nowadays, dispatching automation main station system that accord with request of unattended power station is designed, and it focuses on the design of system software functions and relevant hardware.(3) Debug methods of main software function are introduced.(4) Request for system safety prevention and running environment is put forwarded, and put into effect.(5) Several suggestions to improve the functions of main station system are given. Development tendency of power dispatching automation system for the future is indicated.
