| Suspension bridge tower beam construction is an important work in the construction process of the superstructure.It is a sub-project with high operational difficulty,high risk,and long construction period.The concept of prefabricated assembly construction is used to improve the tower beam construction method and shorten the construction.The construction period and reducing the risk of working at height are a good innovative work,and the research carried out on it has good engineering use value.Based on the actual project,this paper has carried out specific analysis and research on the feasibility of the overall lifting scheme of the prefabricated section of the beam in the tower of the suspension bridge and its important equipment capabilities.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Reasonable use of the LSD hydraulic lifting system,the lifting platform composed of I-beam spliced box beams and the cross-support system between towers composed of beret beams to form a preliminary construction plan for the overall lifting of the prefabricated section of the middle beam;(2)According to the preliminary construction plan,the large-scale temporary structures such as the prefabricated tire frame of the middle crossbeam,the overall lifting support corbels,the overall lifting distribution beam,the tension and compression cross braces between the tower columns and their connection are studied for optimization,and a reasonable structure is proposed;(3)By means of numerical simulation analysis,the stress safety of the beam prefabricated section and the pylon column during the overall lifting of the middle beam prefabricated section was analyzed,and the feasibility of the overall lifting scheme of the middle beam prefabricated section was discussed;... |
