The main part of the cross-sea bridge deck slab is frame structure welded by shape steel.The deck slab has long span and huge mass,whose modular lifting construction is a huge project.The complicated working conditions at the sea surface makes the lifting task difficult and risky,and which requires critical demands on lightweight sling structures.How to ensure the safety of the lifting process,make sure the strength,stiffness and stability meet the engineering requirements of the sling structure becomes the key of lifting system design.According to the characteristics of the bridge deck structure,lifting equipment parameters and specific construction conditions,using balance beam hoisting structure to lift large span steel structure bridge panel.In order to ensure the balance beam sling structure reasonable,avoid the deformation of deck slab and hoisting system during lifting process,it is necessary to analyse the reliability of the balance beam sling structure.This article based on the finite element analysis software establishes parametric structure of the deck slab lifting system,analysis stress and displacement of each component of the system,make overall stability analysis in the hoisting process and contact analysis on the key parts.After repeated simulation,reinforced lifting structure and lifting connection scheme,at last a lifting scheme plan is drawn.According to the bridge deck construction conditions,formulate reasonable hoisting process.
