| With the development of virtual reality technology becoming more and more mature,the country began to vigorously promote the construction of virtual simulation experimental courses,and a large number of virtual simulation experimental teaching system software emerged in the education industry.Taking material mechanics as an example,material mechanics is a major with many experimental links,and many principles need to be verified through experiments.The beam bending normal stress measurement experiment is used to verify the correctness of the beam bending normal stress formula and the theoretical assumption of the section plane,which is a relatively basic and necessary experiment in material mechanics.However,most of the current virtual simulation experimental teaching systems for beam bending normal stress measurement mainly focus on the virtualization of experimental steps,lack of threedimensional visualization of result data,and ignore the connection and fusion of theoretical analysis and experimental operation.In view of the existing problems in this kind of virtual simulation experimental teaching system,based on 3D modeling,ANSYS finite element,numerical analysis,virtual reality and other technologies,this thesis researched and developed a virtual simulation experimental teaching system for beam bending normal stress measurement that integrates ANSYS,and applied it to the teaching links of material mechanics and other related majors.By developing the finite element theory to analyze the scene,the finite element calculation results of the structural beam are fused with the virtual 3D object,so as to realize the threedimensional visualization of the parameter change of the virtual object and the mutual verification between theory and experiment.Based on the accuracy and smoothness of the simulation experiment operation,the system uses the PC computer side as the carrier of use.According to the experimental purpose and teaching goal of beam bending positive stress determination experiment,the design of the system content is carried out,according to the overall design scheme,the subject mainly studies the following work:(1)The realization case of virtual simulation system related to material mechanics is studied.The design of this system is the realization scheme,content and structure.(2)The operation method of beam bending normal stress measurement experiment is studied,and the experimental value is measured.The finite element analysis of the structural beam is carried out,and the curve fitting of the theoretical and experimental results of the structural beam mechanical calculation is carried out by using Matlab.(3)Virtual 3D modeling of experimental equipment,experimental objects,experimental environment,etc.,making virtual simulation animation,setting the material properties of the model,etc.(4)Develop a virtual simulation system.The model,plane,multimedia and other resources are imported into Unity 3D platform,the data of finite meta-computing results is transformed,the human-computer interaction of virtual objects is designed,the complete virtual simulation environment is developed,and the software is released.Through test operation,this system can better connect theoretical analysis with experimental operation.The three-dimensional visualized finite element result data can intuitively display the deformation results of the structural beam,and then compare it with the actual measured value of the experimental operation link to make the demonstration.Students’ understanding of the distribution of normal stress has improved their learning efficiency to a certain extent. |
