The development of enterprises,such as continuously strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,making the goal of beautiful China closer,comprehensively improving the utilization efficiency of resources and energy,accelerating the promotion of green and lowcarbon development,and reducing pollutant emissions.As an energy dependent industry,the green development problems of stone industry,such as resource saving,energy saving and environmental protection,high efficiency and low consumption,need to be solved.In this thesis,the diamond disc sawing system was selected as the research object.Under the guidance of patent analysis and technology system evolution theory,the future technology development of diamond disc sawing system in China was predicted and analyzed,and the general medium and long-term technology development direction was obtained.Under the guidance of the technology evolution prediction,combined with the research on the technical requirements of the stone processing industry,the development route of multi slice,ultra-thin and coordinated diamond disc sawing system at the present stage was clearly put forward,and the technology optimization of the diamond disc sawing system was carried out.Based on the experimental platform of diamond disc sawing system,the application test of the optimized sawing system was carried out.Through the analysis and evaluation of the test results,the feasibility of the technology evolution conclusion was verified.It provided theoretical guidance and technical support for the technical innovation of sawing equipment in stone processing industry,and provided basis for the green development of stone processing industry with high efficiency,low energy consumption and further reducing the environmental burden.And at the same time,it also provides the basis for the clean production and green development of stone industry and further reducing the environmental burden.The main researches are listed as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of typical structure of diamond disc sawing system and previous industry research,the retrieval strategy suitable for patent retrieval of diamond disc sawing system was determined,and the key patent sample database of diamond disc sawing system was retrieved,screened and constructed.(2)Based on the patent documents in the key patent sample library,this thesis analyzes the patent information and patent technical characteristics,The technical characteristics analysis model of diamond disc sawing system was constructed,and hrough the construction of patent information card of key patent sample library,the technical content of patent literature was extracted,draws the patent technology development roadmap and constructs the technical characteristics distribution matrix.(3)Based on the distribution matrix of technical characteristics of diamond disc sawing system,the evolution routes corresponding to the rich sequence of evolution steps in the matrix were selected,next,the technology evolution roadmap was drawn and the technology evolution tree was constructed to predict the technology evolution of diamond disc sawing system,finally,the technology evolution direction of diamond disc sawing system in China is obtained(4)Based on the prediction results of technology evolution,the industry technology demand was investigated,and the theoretical prediction results were combined with the industry reality to put forward a clear direction of technology development,and the diamond disc sawing system was optimized.Through the establishment of sawing test platform,the application test analysis of the optimized diamond disc sawing system was carried out,and the feasibility of the technical prediction results was demonstrated.
