With the development of industrialization,the problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage gradually make people realize the importance of energy saving and emission reduction.Buildings are important places for people’s daily life,work and entertainment,the problem of energy consumption has been widely concerned.At present,more than 20% of China’s energy consumption is building energy consumption,of which the energy consumption per unit area of public buildings is about 2-4 times that of other buildings,the energy consumption of HVAC system accounts for more than 40% of the total energy consumption.Therefore,reducing the energy consumption of HVAC system is of great significance for reducing the energy consumption of public buildings and the total energy consumption of our country.Considering that there are many equipments in the air-conditioning system,how to realize the high efficiency and energy-saving operation of the system by adjusting the operation strategy of the air-conditioning system is an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,based on the air conditioning system of an office building,the building model is established by using TRNSYS software to simulate the hourly cooling load of the building in summer,based on different meteorological parameters,a cooling load forecasting model was established,and the correlation between different meteorological parameters and building cooling load was analyzed.Based on the actual operation data of the air-conditioning system of the office building and the sample data provided by the equipment manufacturer,the mathematical model and the parameters fitting of the air-conditioning system are established in TRNSYS software,the simulation model of each equipment and the simulation platform of air-conditioning system are established.The simulation results are compared with the actual energy consumption to verify the accuracy of the simulation platform,on this basis,the performance of the Chiller and Cooling tower is analyzed.Secondly,after analyzing the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system under the existing operation strategy,the operation strategy of multi-unit combined operation is optimized,by comparing and analyzing the COP value of generating units under three operation strategies,namely,unit-by-unit start-up method,unit average load method and unit average load method,an optimized load distribution method based on unit efficient operation interval is proposed in view of the “Large flow and small temperature difference” operating conditions existing in the existing transmission and distribution system,combined with the established load forecasting model,the operation strategy of the chilled water system setting the chilled water supply temperature of the unit according to the outdoor dry bulb temperat ure is put forward,the feasibility and energy-saving of the cooling water system are verified based on different building loads,the energy consumption of air-conditioning system under different load rates is compared,and the energy saving performance under different load rates is analyzed.Finally,by comparing the energy consumption before and after the optimization,it is concluded that the energy consumption of the optimized air-conditioning system is about 12%lower than the existing system.
