| In such a changeable economic environment,enterprises are facing great pressure on how to survive and develop.Customers are the survival of the enterprise,to obtain customer recognition,and even customer deep cooperation can make the enterprise sustainable development.In order to maintain the power and competitiveness of sustainable development of enterprises,more and more attention has been paid to customer value,and enterprise management has gradually approached the concept of customer-centered.In all aspects of enterprise management,especially the new product development process,customer value management should be gotten greater attention.The new product development process integrated with customer value concept can make the enterprise complete the new product development task faster and with higher quality,create more value for customers.Customer satisfaction and loyalty will also be improved,which will provide guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.Company D has been engaged in the production of automobile shaft,precision motor shaft and industrial parts for nearly 40 years.The products have been exported to all over the world and are deeply trusted by customers.With the development of China’s automobile market,the products of company D have been updated and iterated.At present,the automobile products have occupied more than 80% of the sales share.In the past few years,the continuous growth of the automotive industry has attracted many competitors to join the ranks to seize the limited market share.In order to better adapt to market changes and improve competitiveness,enterprises pay more and more attention to the management of customer value,and strive to instill the concept into every management link,including the project development of company D.Company D is in the automotive industry,the project development process has its own system.It generally includes five stages:(1) planning and determining the project stage;(2) product design and development stage;(3) process design and development stage;(4) product and process validation stage;(5) feedback,evaluation and corrective action stage.Company D belongs to the enterprise of drawing processing and has no product design responsibility,so there are only four processes in company D.In order to analysis the problems in the project development process of company D,the management of company D and the personnel involved in the project development process,and the customers were interviewed.The interview designed a list of questions based on the four development stages,it will be helpful to further understood and sorted out the project development process of company D.The interview results show that there are still many deficiencies in the current development process.In this paper,the customer perceived value theory,customer delivered value theory,process reengineering theory and automobile industry project development process theory are elaborated in detail.Combined with these theories,the interview results are analyzed in detail and in-depth,and some deficiencies in the project development process of company D are summarized:the existing project development process of company D lacks customer value management;insufficient use of past quality data in project validation;the concern and exploration of customer value in the goal setting of project development process isn’t enough;in the process of project development,we need to improve the organizational structure and personnel capacity;the price accounting system is rough;the company also lacks the project schedule management;although the project development process also includes customer satisfaction management,but it doesn’t carried out well in fact.This paper starts from the current problems,based on the actual situation of the company to develop a practical process optimization strategy,to sort out and optimize the problems one by one:let the management concept of customer value be integrated into the corporate culture and the idea of creating value for customers go deep into the heart of every employee;collect and make effective use of the past data of customers,deeply tap the potential value and potential customers of customers,and facilitate the early stage of development to quickly understand the customer’s past quality feedback,formulate reasonable development strategy,and improve the objectives of the development process It has been redesigned to make it more practical and in line with the vital interests of the enterprise;the organization of the boast function group has also been improved,and relevant measures have been formulated to improve the business ability of the team members;the price accounting method that needs to be used in the development process is refined to calculate the product cost more accurately;the time schedule management in the project development process has also been carried out Optimization,accurate grasp of customer development time node,regular exchange with customers;new product development phase of customer satisfaction,loyalty management is implemented,project development stage can not be ignored.This paper takes the project development process of company D as the research object,combines theory with practice,focuses on the important link of docking with customers,and optimizes the shortcomings of the whole development process.The new development process is expected that it can strengthen the advantages of the enterprise itself,the relevant actions can also provide reference for other similar enterprises. |
