| In the manufacturing industry,the efficient development and launching of new products is the core strength and value of a company’s development.A large number of local and global successful cases and practical experience have provided us enlightenment.In order to respond to the increasingly fierce market competition environment,how to professionally improve project management,and utilize the both relatively limited human and material resources to maximize output the finish goods without going back and forth is a problem that the entire company needs to solve and improve immediately.Our company must be based on the actual industry environment,in line with the company’s strategic development goals,and scientifically design the new product development project management process to ensure the rapid development of new products.This paper aims to analyze and study the current project management process of LZ company and its current problems,and to control and accept the project in stages by utilizing the method of portal management,combining time management,communication management,and integrated management.The theoretical knowledge and methods of project management have provided improvements and optimization plans for LZ company’s new product development project management from five aspects: initiation,planning,execution,closing,and monitoring.Compared with the existing process,the optimized process is not only the whole project management that become clear,but also risk assessment and change control are carried out at each node,which makes the product development become trackable and improves the efficiency of project management.The various optimization measures which are shared and proposed in this paper are expected to improve the LZ company’s project management process,provided a reference direction and guideline for those new projects in the future,and ensured that the product is more efficient and promoted.It also provides reference of new product development project management for other companies in the same industry area. |
