As a kind of bearing which can bear heavy load and impact,it can reduce the frictional resistance during mechanical rotation and improve the positioning accuracy.As an important part of the bearing,the cage separator the rollers during rotation.But at the same time the cage also produces sliding friction with the roller.It make the bearing hot even fail due to heating.For this reason,this paper proposes a kind of separator bearing.The traditional integral cage Replaced with a discrete separator.The adjacent rollers are separated by the separator to play the role of the traditional cage.The separator and the roller can achieve rolling friction.The friction coefficient is much lower than the sliding friction.Thus,the friction and the bearing heating can be reduced.the bearing life can be increased.Based on the friction reduction principle of separator cylindrical roller bearing,the separator cylindrical roller bearing is designed.First,the working principle of separator cylindrical roller bearing is determined.Determine the roller motion state.Design main design parameters of separator cylindrical roller bearing;Secondly,through the analysis of the roller bearing without considering the roller impact,it is found that the roller distance in the bearing area increases gradually,and there will be no collision.The influence of the addition of separator on the movement of the roller in the bearing is analyzed.Determine the separator capacity to prevent collisions between rollers;Finally,design of 6 kinds of separator cylindrical roller bearings.The dynamic analysis of separator cylindrical roller bearing is carried out.The influence of separator parameters on discrete motion of roller is analyzed.The motion characteristics of separator cylindrical roller bearing are obtained.Firstly,the contact between roller and bearing inner and outer ring is analyzed.According to the continuous harmonized deformation condition and Hertz theory,the bearing and non-bearing areas are determined.Secondly,refer to the movement of the roller in the bearing.Determine the direction of friction between the roller and the separator.The separator and roller are analyzed respectively.The influence of the separator on the roller in the bearing region can be ignored and the roller in the non-bearing region can be influenced.Finally,the state vector of bearing inner roller and separator is defined.The transfer matrix between the roller and the separator is established according to the force analysis.The multi-body dynamics model of the unloaded zone of the separator cylindrical roller bearing is obtained.The discrete and antifriction effects of the separator cylindrical roller bearing are verified by simulation.Combined with the design of cylindrical roller bearing scheme.The discrete effect of the roller,the discrete spacing,the driving torque of the bearing and other parameters are analyzed.Verify the correctness of the previous theoretical analysis and multi-body dynamics analysis.At the same time set up the test bed.High speed photography is used to test and analyze the discrete case of the roller.Further verify the rationality of the structure and design parameters of the separator cylindrical roller bearing.This paper presents the separator cylindrical roller bearing.The sliding friction between the roller and the cage is transformed into the rolling friction between the roller and the separator.Greatly reduces the friction resistance in the bearing.It has certain significance to improve the bearing life.
