Research On Scheduling Algorithm Of Flexible Job Shop In Cloud Manufacturing Environment

China is a large country of manufacturing resources,but the utilization of manufacturing resources is low,and the waste is very serious.The rise of cloud manufacturing has brought new opportunities for manufacturing industry.Because the cloud manufacturing can focus on the use of distributed resources and centralized resources decentralized service,it has service ideas which is multiple to multiple,and distributed resources can be centralized management to make manufacturing resources shared and used efficiently.This way can improve the manufacturing profits of the production enterprises,meet users' requirement and provide users with better products.Therefore,this paper mainly researches on the perspective of cloud platform to optimize and match manufacturing resources and the perspective of enterprise manufacturing workshop to research the resource scheduling.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of cloud manufacturing theory,cloud manufacturing optimization configuration method,cloud manufacturing environment flexible job shop scheduling related fields at home and abroad,and expounds the shortcomings of the current research.After the manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment are classified and expounded the characteristics of manufacturing resource,we research on the resource virtualization in cloud manufacturing environment and propose virtualization framework and the formal description of resource virtualization,to meet the demand of the manufacturing resource requirements.Secondly,this paper starts from the perspective of the cloud platform researching on matching resource on the cloud platform.It decomposes the task and establishes the mathematical model on the cloud platform,giving the objective function and constraints,using improved ant colony algorithm to solvethe optimization and scheduling of the cloud manufacturing.Then this paper makes examples and compares with other algorithms to verify the applicability and effectiveness of ant colony algorithm.At last,from the angle of enterprise manufacturing workshop it puts forward new problems of flexible job shop scheduling in cloud manufacturing environment.After joined in cloud manufacturing this element,it has changed the traditional task scheduling,the original equipment ability into discrete equipment capacity interval.To solve this problem,a heuristic-ant colony algorithm is proposed.The hierarchical method is used to select the machines and ant colony algorithm is used to select the procedures.Finally,compared with other algorithms,the superiority of the algorithm is verified.
