Gas turbine as an important power equipment,represents the comprehensive level of many engineering fields,and also reflects the strength of the national equipment manufacturing industry.Its control system mainly controls the speed and power by controlling the supply of fuel,and changes the operating parameters.It also depends on the amount of fuel supply,and its safety and reliability are directly related to production safety.Learning and researching control strategies can help break the technological monopoly and better promote the independent research and development of domestic gas turbine control systems,which is of great significance to the localization of gas turbine.Based on a typical gas turbine fuel supply system,this paper designs a fuel supply and control system that uses the PRECISION XVG 1.5 electronic gas fuel metering valve as the main measurement and control component,and uses this as the core to select appropriate auxiliary equipment and components to build test bench:Through the research of programmable controllers,according to actual demands,taking into account factors such as real-time performance,practicality,and economy,Siemens S7-300 series PLC was finally selected as the hardware core of the system and the products produced by Tianjin Huamai HYTJ series decompression skids,and the hardware configuration and software programming of the fuel control system in the SIMATIC-Manger programming software programming software,the touch screen configuration in the Botu v14 software,and finally the operation of the fuel supply system of the combustion chamber real-time monitoring of the situation.The gas turbine system model software is used to simulate and calculate the performance of the gas turbine,and the fuel supply curve of the gas turbine startup and loading process is obtained.Through on-site fuel supply and control system debugging,input simulation to obtain the fuel supply curve,and get the feedback fuel supply curve,its shape is basically the same as the input with a time lag of 0.04 seconds,which fully meets the gas turbine fuel supply and control requirements.The commissioning results also show that the system flow regulation accuracy is less than ± 2%,the response time is less than 0.1 s,and the execution time is less than 0.1s.The designed fuel supply system can meet the requirements,realize accurate and real-time fuel supply,and provide guarantee for the subsequent development,testing and operation of the gas turbine control system.
