With the rapid growth of the civil aviation the number of unsafe incidents in the airport is increasing,and the airport accidents are frequent,which brings a huge challenge to the airport security.As the ground infrastructure of civil aviation,the airport is an important link of the safe operation of civil aviation.The development of civil aviation must ensure the smooth operation of the airport.Airport fire rescue is an important link to ensure airport safety,and the first condition to improve the efficiency of airport fire rescue is to set the airport fire station in the most favorable point for fire rescue.In order to optimize the site selection of civil aviation single runway airport fire station and enhance the ability of emergency rescue support,this paper puts forward the site selection model of fire station in civil aviation transport airport.Firstly,the theoretical rescue radius formula of airport fire truck is proposed.At the same time,according to the level of airport fire rescue guarantee,the reduction factor of airport fire truck travelling distance is put forward.Based on the above two factors,the theoretical rescue radius model of airport fire truck is constructed.Secondly,the common membership function is summarized,the centralized membership function is compared,and the congestion degree model of airport fire rescue route under different membership function is proposed.Then,the data of airport runway accidents are statistically analyzed,and the distribution law of airport runway accidents is excavated.According to the distribution law,the probability distribution model of airport accident points is constructed.On the basis of the above related sub-models,the airport fire station site selection model considering different influencing factors is constructed.Finally,this paper selects a certain airport for case analysis,comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model constructed in this paper.The site selection model of airport fire station considering multiple influencing factors constructed in this paper can provide auxiliary decision-making reference for decision makers to optimize the setting of airport fire station,and has a certain significance for improving the efficiency of airport fire rescue and strengthening the ability of airport fire support.
