| In recent years,with the rapid increase in the number of elevators in China,the components are gradually aging,and the use of elevators in China is widespread for a long period of time,large passenger flow,and high load,the number of elevator distress rescue incidents has also increased significantly.Therefore,this paper studies the location layout of elevator emergency rescue points and optimizes the location of elevator emergency rescue points through rational layout so as to provide rapid emergency rescue services with maximum efficiency,which is of positive significance to improving the existing problems in the current elevator emergency rescue process in China.The paper analyzes the characteristics of elevator fault according to the statistic data of elevator fault.Based on the overview and analysis of the system and mechanism of elevator emergency rescue,the paper points out that there are some problems in the layout of China’s elevator emergency rescue points,such as the mismatch between the number of rescue points and the demand for rescue and the unscientific layout method.The influencing factors of site selection were investigated,and emergency response time,rescue demand,economic cost and response coverage rate were determined as the influencing factors of site selection of elevator emergency rescue points,and four influencing factors of site selection were further studied.Based on the basic site selection model,a multi-objective site selection model is established which aims at the rescue time,economic cost and the use efficiency of elevator rescue points.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,and Matlab programming was used to achieve,AHP method to weight and scoring method to evaluate multiple site selection results of the model,to determine the final solution to meet the preference of decision makers.Taking an elevator maintenance unit as an example,compared with the current layout situation,the layout scheme under multi-objective site selection reduces the economic cost,increases the coverage and improves the rescue efficiency,which fully shows that the method is scientific and feasible in the field of elevator emergency rescue site selection. |
