The research on the vulnerability of a typical command cabin vehicle under the damage of the blast fragmentation warhead is one of the main research contents in the field of warhead damage and the battlefield survivability of the command cabin vehicle.The vulnerability study of the command cabin vehicle can not only analyze the damage efficiency of the blast fragmentation warhead and formulate its best strike plan,but also has important significance for improving the anti-damage performance of the command cabin vehicle.Therefore,this thesis has carried out a research on the vulnerability of a typical command square vehicle under the damage of the blast fragmentation warhead.The main work is as follows:1)Analyzing the current situation and future development trend of the vulnerability of the command cabin vehicle at home and abroad,and analyzing the battlefield characteristics of the command cabin.It mainly includes functional analysis and structural analysis,and focuses on the functional structure and cabin layout of the command cabin.Combining the damage degree of the command cabin vehicle on the battlefield and related criteria,establishing the damage level of the command cabin vehicle under the damage of the warhead as the basis for the follow-up damage tree model research.2)According to failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)and damage mode and effect analysis(DMEA),determine the key components of the command cabin vehicle.Combining the logical relationship between the command cabin vehicle damage event and its basic functions,establishing the damage tree model of the command cabin vehicle at each damage level,and the established damage tree models are optimized and stored through the principle of minimum cut set correlation.3)According to the relevant equivalent principle,calculating the thickness of the equivalent material of each key component.On this basis,an equivalent model of key components with simplified structure and reasonable materials is constructed.Combining the space coordinates of each component in the command cabin vehicle,then the equivalent model of the command cabin vehicle was established by the 3D modeling software Solidworks.4)On the basis of the established equivalent models of key components,reseaching the damage probability of three typical key components(command cabin,fuel tank and TBR-134 shortwave radio station)of command cabin vehicle under the damage of prefabricated fragments of different masses,shapes,initial speeds,incident angles and incident attitudes through the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Then establishing the damage criterion and drawing the related damage probability Pk/h curve.Finally,through the finite element analysis software Patran,the equivalent model of the command cabin vehicle was divided into panels,and combined with the damage characteristics of the blast fragmentation warhead,establishing the damage simulation model of the command cabin vehicle in the vulnerability assessment software and analyzing damage area and damage level.The relevant data and conclusions of the damage simulation model of the command cabin vehicle and the damage criterion of its key components obtained in this paper are of great significance to the study of the damage law of the blast fragmentation warhead and the vulnerability of the battlefield targets.
