Machining process information is a vital resource for new process compilation,process personnel training and on-site inspection by process personnel.With the consecutive accumulation of machining process information data,the storage and application of process information continue to emerge.However,in the field of process personnel training and processing personnel on-site application,machining process information is still presented in the way of two-dimensional charts as the principal means,which leads to problems such as a long training period for process personnel and greater difficulty in on-site application.Therefore,this article uses the database management system to effectively manage the growing volume of machining process information,and at the same time cooperates with the augmented reality technology to create "intelligent craft cards",to better utilize and integrate the existing machining process information resources,to improve the machining personnel Training efficiency provides a new method to guide the machining process.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The overall design of AR-oriented machining process information resource library.First,for machining resource library,it is crucial to determine the performance goals on the basis is the information and functional analysis.Then,sort out the parameters involved in various types of information and the logical relationships between the parameters,and design the concept and logical structure of the resource library to ensure the overall storage efficiency of the resource library and the consistency and completeness of the data,and conform to AR applications demand.Finally,use Visual Studio to create an interactive window to verify the functional rationality of the resource library.Use the key technology of AR display machine to add process information.Based on the three key technologies of augmented reality:three-dimensional registration technology,virtual and real display technology and natural human-computer interaction technology,choose a more suitable performance method and interaction method on the mobile terminal.Given the performance problems of mobile phones and tablets,the machine-added process data that will be displayed with augmented reality technology is optimized to reduce the mobile phone’s operating load and speed up the data transmission rate,to ensure the compatibility of the application side and the resource library,and to build a machine.Add process information AR display platform to provide support.Development and application verification of AR display platform system for machine-added process information.With the support of the machining process information resource library and the machining process information AR display technology,the system login module,user information and authority management module,process information query module and typical workpiece processing module have been developed;the resource library and system software have been improved.Interconnection and communication;packaged and released for the two major platforms of Android and IOS,and developed and completed the AR display platform system for machine-added process information,achieving perfect operation on the mobile terminal.Users can not only query the machining process information on the mobile terminal,but also identify the machining features during the machining process and display the machining process information related to the corresponding machining features in the form of augmented reality.Through the establishment of an AR-oriented machining process resource library,the paper organizes and optimizes machining process information,makes better use of integration and existing machining process information resources,and solves the difficulties in the organization and application of traditional process information in the AR environment.Problems,provide solutions for AR assistance in machining sites.Displaying machining process information in a more intuitive form is conducive to shortening the training cycle of machining process personnel,assisting on-site processing personnel to quickly locate the processing stage,improving the efficiency of looking up machining process information,reducing the difficulty of identifying machining process information,and improving the degree of intelligence of the machining process is of great significance.
